Just brought 3 PC's from this Company, A great experience from start to finish. Customer services was polite and helpful. Installed all 3 PCs and all are working great, no issues.

Guys this is a fraud company.
I purchased dell laptop and it went faulty after few day.Called many time but no response at all.Please don’t buy anything from them

I brought 2 gaming PC's from this company in the last 2 months and they are both great. Cheap and what seems to be reliable. They can play Fortnite and that is all they need. It did struggle with Cyberpunk but that need a serious PC. UK customer service who were very good. All in all a Very Good company imo

The staff could not have been more helpful, there was an unexpected error with a mac book that I purchased but it was replaced without any problems, the replacement arrived the next day and was absolutely spot on. I would not hesitate in recommending kelsusit to family and friends, it is unusual to find a company that exceeds my expectations.

Terrible service ,terrible build quality.
Paid £850 for a gaming pc for my boy for xmas and it keeps blowing the power supply.had it replaced by them once and on the fourth time I paid myself as it was out of the years warranty ,at a different pc repair only for it to blow again 3 weeks later.
Must be down to the poor components used in the build .
Very frustrating as its always been the same fault since I bought it.

I purchased a laptop. Arrived promptly and was in great condition for a "refurbished" item. Would highly recommend.

Bought a BEAST of a machine from the KelsusIT website for such a cheap price. Ordered at 11am and arrived by 9am the next morning. Runs like a dream does everything I need it do to and better. Will always buy refurbished from now on and will always buy from these guys.

Very helpful guys. I had a lot of questions for them regarding the machines/screens I purchased and they gave me so much time and care before I purchased which put my mind at ease before I purchased. The Pc's and screens all came in record time and I was very impressed with the quality. Will defo recommend Kelsus IT.

wasn't sure what to buy at first but, due to a very good customer service employee who helped me through the whole process from case to keyboard i now have a set up im happy with for "what i can see" a very very good price, i have had the pc now for about a month and have had zero issues. will be sending mates here.

Amazing Company, great customer services. I bought a gaming pc for my son. Marius helped me find exactly what i needed. It works great for him for playing games like fortnite and call of duty and have had no issues with it. Would highly recommend and would buy from again in the future.

Useless. Advertise decent CPU and GPU, but they get their profits by using trash for the rest of the parts. Had my PC about 6 months, all games became unplayable. Had glitches and artifacts all over the screen, flashing lights and colours. Sent it in for repair as I was in my warranty. No actual response from them, no email, no letter, no nothing. They just sent the PC back along with an empty box for a new GPU, implying they put a new one in but never actually told me they did. Pointless anyway, the issue was the motherboard which they could have figured out in 5 mins by testing the parts. They do their absolute minimum, once you've paid them they don't care, until warranty is over and they can ask you for more money again. Wouldn't ever buy from them again, I bought a prebuilt because I'd never built a PC before and didn't know how to. Well, the only good thing to come out of this PC is that it's had that many issues I've had to learn to fix myself that I can actually built my own PC now without having to settle for one of these awful, short-lived, bottlenecked monuments to compromise.

Kelsus IT have been very good with the aftercare of my purchase. With one of the memory units failing, Kelsus offered to collect my item for it to be sent back for repair (Free of charge including courier)

Living in Guernsey it was slightly problematic at first trying to get it sent back due to customs but everything was sorted by Marius and J. Saunders via their online support.

Please stay away. I bought a pc from this seller on ebay. I left a positive review after one week. Within a month the computer began to freez at start. Then the computer finaly died in less than five months. Seller asked to pay to collect computer and another fee to investigate the probleme and after he will add labour cost. Waste of time and money. Please be aware that most of us left quickly a positive review on ebay and that review can not be changed. Use your money to buy something reliable

I am a blogger and tech enthusiast with a considerable amount of followers who will remain anonymous for legal reasons (not bragging).

At first I was interested in reviewing a product from this company for a series of mine, in which I wanted to show the potential of what a low budget PC could do in terms of modern day gaming - to show people that there’s ways to genuinely work around the expensive float of GPU’s these days due to cryptocurrency trending and increasing the price of gaming pc’s.

At first I considered buying a product from this company - but i’m so glad I didn’t. I usually test the waters with a company on their customer feedback to ensure that I am making a purchase from a company I could trust.

I asked if they did any borrow-review programs, mind you, I was willing to pay shipping fees to get a loan of this product (NOT PERMANENT) just so I could make a review that would benefit us both.

(This is a genuine thing in the reviewer world, and is not a foreign method to any company) considering this is how most companies get reviews.

I only asked, mind you again, if they had just said no and stated that they don’t offer it, I would have bought the product.

However instead, I was surprised to open my message to which stated a nasty message telling me to get a job which left me pretty much speechless. Mind you, I probably make quadruple monthly of this nasty customer service advisor who obviously hates his job.

If this is how customer service behaves in response to customer emails, my best advice to you as a customer who is considering purchasing a product from this company - reconsider and don’t.

They are an unreliable company when it comes to their customer service and you can see from the majority of the reviews here it speaks for itself.

Please do not purchase from this company, save your money and purchase from another retailer.

Bought a gaming PC on eBay, came with 12 month "comprehensive" warranty inclusive of software and parts.
It died 6 months after purchase, I contacted them only to be told that if it was a software fault I would be charged £80.
Even after I proved that software was explicitly covered within warranty, Marius refused to drop the £80 additional charges.

Terrible experience, I won't be returning

Given the runaround re delivery time missed, told one day not collected by carriers and could pick up the next day, next day told it had been collected a few days ago and could not collect anyway not allowed. Luckily I record all my call so I can prove what happened.
Cancelled order now awaiting all the excuses for not refunding, most likely have to get it back via Pay Pal

Sold me a computer and only worked for 6 months and they refused to fix it. They happily continue to sell computers knowing they will stop working once the warranty runs out. Not a happy customer.
