Easy to order replacement parts and quick delivery. Delivery was a bit expensive but fast. Parts ordered (wardrobe handle fittings) appear fine and easy to fit but it is not the first time that I have had to replace them hopefully these are better than the original ones.

Wrong size handle delivered
I was guided to the handle I required by one of your sales staff. When it was delivered the hole centres were approximately 20 mm shorter than the handle it was to replace. There was no mention on the telephone you had changed the design.

Easy website for ordering and quick delivery

My request was answered rapidly and the order was delivered within days. The handle is now as good as new.
The reason I only awarded three stars is because of the P&P charge. It cost twice as much as the new part I ordered.

Needed spare parts for a Kelvin wardrobe but after searching on their website for ages called the company and was kindly directed to the correct area (website not very user friendly) I was then shocked to find the postage cost more than the part that I had ordered. Not a very good experience so will think twice about ordering from them again

Required a bespoke under panel to complete a kitchen renovation. It was ordered and delivered within a few days. Elaine and Catherine are extremely efficient when you contact Kelvin at Home. They helped us initially to identify and order additional kitchen units and worktops to match in with our Stewart Milne apartment. The large and small deliveries were also very efficient. Bob delivered the small items directly to our apartment door !

Looking for a particular part, unable to help me. Just directed me to website and a piece of hardware that is not suitable for the task.

UPS, their courier was a disgrace but they replaced and sent a driver to replace the lost part. So great service.

I have a Kelvin kitchen in my new build house. The house is now nine years old and the laminate has lifted off five of the unit doors. Kelvin only guarantee the units for two years. I contacted Kelvin and my house builder Walker homes and neither would take any responsibility. I am now faced with buying a new kitchen. Very poor quality

Exceptional service with very helpful staff.

Kelvin at Home Customer Services were most helpful when I contacted them to buy a kitchen cupboard to match those we already had in our new home. The cupboard was in fact for the utility room.

They looked up their files to see which cupboards, handles and doors had been fitted in our new house. I was then offered a few sizes of suitable cupboards and told the prices of each.

I made my choice and paid for the item. The process of delivery was explained to me and I was emailed the details.

I found the whole process simple and the staff member I dealt with was helpful, efficient, friendly and professional.

It made a nice change to be able to speak to someone rather than doing it on line.
