We have an old electric Kelvin lift truck from the 1970's. We recently contacted Kelvin with a technical query. It was great to recieve a rapid reply, clearly demonstrating that Kelvin have pride in their customer care. They are not just concerned with sales.

I went to their warehouse and was able to try several different forklifts to see what I felt was right for me. Kelvin engineering had loads in stock both new and used.

First of all I'd like to thank the company for being patient with me, I didn't know what forklift I needed or wanted. Steve came out and did a site survey in the pooring rain and still had a smile on his face.

What an amazing company to work with!! We sat on the fence for a long while before enquiring about a new forklift for our small but growing business.
