We orderd on 2-12-2025 and on 31-12-2025 we haven't received anything.
We have sent mails, and a bot called Emma answered with wrong responses.
I put the order number in the mail but no response on that.
We lost 19,94 euro to a product we never got

Ι ordered in 4th of January, they send email that thank me for the buy.
In 6th of January the sent me second email that te pack is on the road .
22 Jaunuary and nothing has been received.
I sent email that I ask when I am gonna receive it and an assistant named Emma email me saying that at the next buy I will have 30% discount.
Scam, I wish I had searched for it from the start

I do not recommend it, misleading advertising about the delivery of your purchase and still not sure that it will be delivered to you. Bad. The problem is not that they take so long, which is understandable during the Christmas season, but that they are not honest with you when placing the order. This creates doubts. Here I leave my experience, I hope it helps someone. Order placed on December 1, 2024 and as of today, December 13, I still don't know anything about my order, only that it is on the way.
