I listed my properties with Kempton Carr Croft. We finally got them rented out after lots and lots of back forth, I pretty much did most of the work, chasing the Tenant solicitors up daily or it would have probably taken 8
months to complete instead of 5months. My agent wasn’t always able to answer the phone which was frustrating, he was always in meetings just an overall average experience I personally wouldn’t use them again. To top it off I get an invoice of £4K I feel it was way too high for the service they provided, basically list the property and show the tenant it and a few emails asking me if I have spoken to the solicitors and to chase them up!

The contact I was dealing with from this company Guy Slater was extremely helpful and was able to get my valuation report to me after a few days of the property being viewed. Following the report being issued I was having problems with Help To Buy and I needed an extension letter for the valuation report to keep the sale of my property progressing and Guy was able to get the letter to me very quickly. Would highly recommend their customer service has been great!

I had a valuation carried out by this company and found their due diligence was severely lacking from what they had entered into their valuation report. Would not recommend.
