Don't waste the money. No adjustable straps, flimsy, thin material. The lace straps are worthless. Took 3 mo the to get here from China.

I ordered on August 16. I have still not received anything. I have contacted them multiple times. I used to get a reply stating, please be aware it's taking longer than usual. Now I get nothing and the tracking number is expired. I don't know if I should continue asking them or cut my losses

It took almost 2vmonths to get it after several emails. I ordered 2. 1 fits great with the triangle shap cup. The othere was not the same size. It was so tight and had round cup which made you nipples deformed. So if they can size these right and replace all cups to the triangle shape it may have better results. Hope I can send the one back, but won't order again due to inconsistent.

I would give 0 stars if I could. It took weeks for the bra to arrive, only to find out it was the size of a small child's training bra. They state very clearly that a 2x fits 40C. Not even close. They offer three solutions: 1 to send me another bra in a bigger size, but I have no confidence that it will work because of how tiny the first one was. 2) Refund me 30%, 3) or I can return item at my expense to Vietnam which would cost $40. None of these are even viable solutions. They send very nice emails asking me to please understand and to accept the situation for what it is? Really? Understand what? That they are a fraudulent company who scams buyers with false advertising and then won't correct their mistakes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would leave no star if I could. They do not stand behind their products. The bras do not run true to size. The large does not cover the sides of your breast. The hook and eyes are tiny. This company is an Asian scam. The bras are garbage

Sizing was inaccurate and they wouldn't exchange for a different size.

What went wrong? Hmm let's see how about 2 months and still waiting for 2 bras!!!!!! Oops they forgot to ship the first time. Oh wait, it's in transit!!! Are you kidding!!!!! It's been in lake Mary since October 19th, it is now November 6th!!!! THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS EVER, THEIR PHONE JUST RINGS BUSY AND ALWAYS RECEIVE THE SAME EMAIL EVERY TIME!!! 2 MONTHS OF WAITING ON 2 BRAS NO REFUND UNTIL THE BRAS ARE DELIVERED!!! I'LL BE DAMNED THAT'S THEIR SCAM TAKE THE MONEY NEVER DELIVER PRODUCT!!!!

Was not satisfied with the 2 bras I ordered. They were the worst fit and looked nothing like the ad. I didn't want a sports bra. Wanted an address to send them back. They wanted pictures of label and product. What a sham.

Ordered in early September. Took a month to deliver a terrible product that didn't fit. Immediately requested a return and they offered 10%. Total scam.

The bras I received are awful. Poor quality, itchy, and I ordered the size based on their sizing chart but it doesn’t fit. Customer service is a joke and the refund they are offering isn’t worth my time to deal with. I order products regularly online and rarely need to return anything but when I do need to return a product the return experience usually comes to a satisfying end. My experience with this company is the opposite. I will never order from Kendally again.

I so wished I had read some reviews first! I wouldn't have ordered 2 and wasted my money. It took forever to get my ordered after emailing them twice for updates. Still no tracking method given. I ordered a 2xl thinking it would fit me. I wear a 40 G. LOL The bra was way too big around and the cup would barely cover my nips. Well, maybe a little more. But absolutely no support at all. I emailed complaining and last night they wanted photos of the shipping label to prove it was from them the size labels and get this, a photo of how it fit! Hell NO to that one! I did send pics of the labels. Now, just waiting to hear back!
I read where someone wrote PayPal and the BBB and complained. If enough customers do that, maybe it would shut them down.

Took two months for shipment to arrive and only after I asked my cc to refund it. Worse purchase ever. Bought according to their size guide. I am 5'2" wear a 32 ab bra, xs to sm top and a size 2 pants. The small bra that was suppose to fit up to a 34 b was so much tinier then me. Nobody who wears a 32 could wear it. Disgusting flimsy material with no shape and very little material. $50 ripped off as they say I bought that size and their sizing is correct.

Just read the reviews of this site and its products and you'll find out everything you need to know. They are a disreputable company with poorly made products.

I've been going back and forth with their customer service for a few weeks just trying to get an order status. The bras finally arrived (after 5 weeks) and they are garbage. However, they do not provide refunds for their crappy products for just being crappy. They have to be either the wrong product or somehow damaged in manufacturing. The best part is they offered me a very generous $3.64 refund! I've applied for a refund through PayPal and filed a complaint with the BBB (which there are many). Even if these attempts at a refund are unsuccessful it will be worth it to find every site possible and expose how unprofessional they are.

The bras are not made to fit properly - definitely to small. The quality of the bra is poor. Definitely an over hyped up waisted money. I tried to return but they have a 15 day policy. It took forever for them to return my email. I feel this company is a bunch of scammers selling bras that aren't going to fit or support anyone the way they claim.

Worst bras ever!!! I have sent 4 emails trying to get an address to return them and you get NO RESPONSE TO YOUR EMAILS!!! Sent them to Goodwill!!! Will never do any business with Kendally again!!

I hope all you who order these bras like a sports type bra. The pictures don't show this as a part of their advertisement. You have to put the bra over your head then "attempt" to fasten the lace pieces. If you choose to order, be aware you can't get a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or you are sent the wrong item. As an attempt to rectify the situation I was offered 10% of the products value/orders value. Lastly it is not manufactured in America but comes from overseas. If you want to throw money away this is the perfect opportunity!!! 😠

Placed an order on 9/25/23. Only received the bras today, 10/30/23.
After a couple of weeks without any additional communication about my order, I emailed customer service a number of times (asking about my order); I got no reply on my order status. Only when I filed a complaint with PayPal did I get a response. Then suddenly my order was shipped with a tracking number!
This bra is very flimsy and thin! No support whatsoever. There is no lift! It’s more like a sports bra but even that implies there is some support.
A waste of money and be aware-no returns are accepted!
This will be going directly to the GIVE bag in my closet.

This is a rip-off of a company. The product showed up dirty, it was stained. So gross. When I reached out to the company they wanted pictures. I sent them and then they said because shipping would be to expensive they would give me a 10 percent refund and a discount for more bras. Are they kidding me. Why would I think of buying more of their garbage. Stay away. It also takes weeks to get back to you.

Horrible product. No support. The company has terrible return policies. Fortunately, I didn't spend much for it, as I am throwing it away. Buyer beware - do not buy!

They don’t give returns unless it is damaged. It costs $30 to return the items if you don’t like it. Bras fit weird and have a strange round pad in the middle. Do NOT buy this
