Does not stand behind Product

I purchased my Kenmore canister vacuum less that 3 yrs ago. I went with Kenmore again because my last Kenmore lasted over 20 yrs.. You can just see how horrible the quality of Kenmore products has gotten. I would not be surprised if the parts are now made in China.. Customer service wasted an hour of my time without a acceptable resolution.. I will new purchase anything from or recommend Kenmore again

Kenmore is only a badge

Kenmore is only a badge or brand owned by Sears Holdings. Kenmore appliances are built by several companies one of which WINIA ( Winiadaewho ) which is a South Korean. Any problems encountered will not be honored by the vendor especially lowes you will only get the run around and no solution to warranty repairs.
One freezer in particular had warped doors that would not seal causing frost and also ran excessively to maintain temperature. Thousand of these were manufactured and should have been recalled. Do not buy Kenmore because it is only a label and no longer means quality.

Kenmore 61212 21 ft. fridge is disappointing

We bought a Kenmore 61212 21 cu. ft. Top-Freezer Fridge to replace our old Kenmore. The new one is a disappointment. First, I could see tan colored goop coming out the edges of the door; it won't wash off. Second, it ran several day before it stabilized its freezer and refer temperatures. It still has a 5 degree swing above and below set temp. in freezer and refer. Third, the air duct in the refer doesn't diffuse the incoming cold air, but sends out jets of cold air. I try to keep the refer at 40* but still end up with frozen products if I put them in the air jets! Cuts down on usable space.

I purchased a Kenmore vacuum cleaner on 11/26/2021. It stopped working less than 8 month later. For 3 month now I'm dealing with Kenmore customer service to have the vacuum cleaner either repaired or replaced. I called them numerous times and filled out their warranty form but nothing happens. I will never ever buy another Kenmore product. Once a good product and customer service should be ashamed of what they have become

If I could give this a -100000 star I…

If I could give this a -100000 star I would. First and foremost save yourself and get nothing from here. Second do not get a kenmore fridge cause you will have to deal with this. My fridge went out $500 worth of food is tossed. They schedule me for an appt the next day. A guy comes saying he’s there to repair the stove. I laughed and said your joking right. He said no I don’t no anything about fridges. I call I get transferred 5x. Now I get transferred to the supervisor after a 35! minute hold (mind you every 2 minutes she comes on to tell me that we’re still waiting for a supervisor) now I speak to the supervisor and she then transfers me to kenmore warranty … guess what kenmore warranty is… the same number I called from the beginning and it took my nowhere back to pressing numbers for what department I wanted

Don’t buy jkenmore…

I bought a Kenmore refrigerator with warranty 3 year after brakes down and get replace with another Kenmore.1 year and 4 months the compressor brakes down I have no more warranty estimate to fix is 1300 Kenmore wouldn’t help me or sears they kept transferring my calls.I told them they sold me a defect product they said they couldn’t do nothing cause I had no warranty don’t buy Kenmore brand there not good

We purchased a kenmore elite…

We purchased a kenmore elite refrigerator and it stopped cooling and we called sears/ kenmore and they sent multiple people on 4 different occasions to check it out and all said that it was the compressor and we still have warranty on it to add insult to injury one of their afflicts by name Intelfix paid $100 deductible to them and still they have not fixed my appliance nor replace and whenever we call they will give us a run around. I can't believe we have all if our appliances from the scam of a company called sears/kenmore.

KENMORE vaccum cleaner IS A SCAM

Kenmore is a SCAM. I have been trying to get a return label for a vaccum that I bought from kenmorefloorcare.com for the past 1 month. No one from the company has responded to my phone calls and 8 reminders till now. They keep giving me Cleva NA number and when I call them they tell me they only deal with Spare parts and give me Kenmore customer care number. When I call customer care they tell me they DO NOT deal with Vaccum cleaner. So I am stuck and stressed out for the past 4 weeks and I have disputed the charge with my bank and also filed a case witth FTC

If I could give a 0 star I would. Bought a washing machine to replace a 15 year Maytag that needed$200 in repairs. That was a big mistake. $500 for a washer plus extended service plan and tax was over $650. Sears went out of business, no more warranty. Another $253 to fix a pos washer less than 5years old. Save your money. There's other brand names that are kenmore in disguise. Buyer beware. No more made in China garbage.

We have a washing machine that was…

We have a washing machine that was fixed THREE times under warranty. Now it is out of warranty and acting up again. I WILL NOT pay for a service call when that service call is 1/3 the cost of the machine. I will put that towards a better brand.

When I was young (I am 67 y/o), Kenmore was a good brand. Now it is a POS.

Trashy Company Controlled by Scam Artists

Don't believe a word these scammers say from the Kenmore company. They will lie to you about how great their products are. Refrigerators, dishwashers, and laundry machines they sell will fail in less than half a year. Sometimes their products break within a month after customers buy them. It's discreetly known that customers have self-fixed their broken Kenmore machines. Because employees from that company do a low quality job at repairing. Products with the label Elite are scams here. Kenmore doesn't have elite products. It's trashy. Never will I recommend this business to anyone. America has truly sold its soul to the devil.

DO NOT BUY KENMORE

I bought a kenmore wash machine in august. It broke within 30 days and every time I call they give me the run around or hang up on me. Three technicians have come out to “fix” the problem but it’s never fixed. I will continue writing bad reviews until someone helps with this wash machine. 7 months and I’m still having to go to the laundry mat even though I have a brand new washing machine at my house. DISGUSTING

Diamond resorts Kenmore.What a resort and the staff are Unbelievable, I mean absolutely unbelievable. This is my third visit it the last few years. I booked for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and I must say they couldn’t be any better. Attention to detail and great customer service has always been fantastic. This is the first time I have been able to share this experience with my family and everyone was impressed start to finish. Thank you all for making a special time perfect. I cannot express how pleased we all are. During this difficult time they made everything feel normal. Thanks to all the staff and I would like to pass on the appreciation from all of us during horrible times. 5 ⭐️, no chance it’s a 6 from me. Thank you all ❤️

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator, based on my past Kenmore purchases.(4/11/19) Not only have the products deteriorated but I have not experienced such poor customer service, ever.
At 9 months my refrigerator stopped working. I first emailed customer service with no response. I then called customer service and after I was basically told by the person that answered the phone, that it was my fault (6 different ways) that my refrigerator stopped working (which was after I was told that I shouldn’t email but only call customer service-complete opposition to the website and to a card left by a service tech). One of the things I was told was that I should only be using 60%-80% of the freezer space. I asked her to tell me where that was written in the owner’s manual. She stuttered and stammered and then said (after telling me how she knew all these issues because she had worked there 11 years, and this was most likely my fault) that she got confused as to what service told her and what was in the manual. It would be false advertising to sell a 26.1 cu. ft. fridge but only be allowed to use 60%-80% of that space or it stops working, when a person actually uses the space that was purchased.
After so much time on the phone, I got put on the emergency schedule, which was 5 days out. After service checked it out, I was told a part had to be ordered and it would take 6 days.
18 days later, I called back (no one called or notified me), to be told the part was on back order until March. I asked what they were going to do until then, I got transferred two different times after the first person couldn't help. I was told that after 30 days that they would schedule a replacement. I asked that they send me documentation for that and I was put on hold (after a loud sigh and a very huffy “I will check to see if that information can be texted or faxed” after I had been told it couldn’t be emailed) and at an hour of being on-hold I hung up.
I had asked to schedule the replacement appointment since I had been told already that the part wasn't coming until March, almost another 2 months. The customer service person (supposed customer service person) got very short and said they couldn’t do that until 30 days had past. This was after I asked her to confirm that I had to wait even more days because the order for the replacement part was made 5 days after the service personnel were out (12/17/19). They stated they ordered the part at that time, but in fact did not order the part until 5 days later - per the personnel that answered the phone on 1/4/2020. I sent the original email on the 13th of Dec. which was a day after my refrigerator went out. It is now the 5th of January 2020. So that all my food did not spoil I purchased an ice chest and after days of going back and forth to a station for ice I purchased a small refrigerator. In another week it will have been a month without the refrigerator. After spending about $2000 for a product that now doesn’t work and substitutions, so I don’t lose more, I am the one made to suffer even more and made to wait. This is in addition to receiving the worst customer service I have ever received. (I have spent time on the phone with Microsoft and Apple and in comparison, they were jewels)
