Ordered Genuine Leather "Air-Flow" Loafers. Super comfortable loafer I can wear to the office. Has enough support that my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Some loafers have left me with heel pain after a day of walking around the office. These don't. Look good and feel good.

This is company is a complete scam and fraud. DON'T fall for it. I bought the jacket with no tag and completely wrong size.

Do not order from them! It's a scam website and you cannot cancel your order and you won't receive it. I'm going to contact my cc and report fraud!

The shoes were not leather as advertised. They smelled of chemicals and the sole was coming off right out of the bag. Not to mention the almost 2 month wait on shipping for their cheap crap.

I love my new Valetta loafers! I am very impressed with the quality of the shoe. They are very comfortable and great quality!

This company is a FRAUD. Steer clear. They are using images that are on several sites that are same way. This is nothing but temu. Paid for high looking quality penny loafers and they look nothing like the picture. Once they shipped internationally, I knew I was doomed and had been scammed. Customer service is not helpful. You either have to pay the same price $50 just to ship the item back or offered a 15% refund. They are running a fraudulent scheme. These shoes show on temu for $22. I should have done my due diligence and more research. Unless you are happy with temu products, do not stop
Purchase. There is a reason there’s zero reviews on the site. Legal action will be taken to stop this fraud

Most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. They do not have a refund policy for returns. I was directed to pay all the $50 and more shipping back to China before they would refund my money. I recommend no one by any product from this company.

I bought the Noelle Loafers and was pleasantly surprised with the quality!! They’re comfy and defff something I’ll be wearing on my day to day! The color is also great, they go with everything!!

I paid for two Men's jackets in 3XL. One in Navy Blue. The other in black. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, I received two previously opened bags. With stickers ripped off both bags. Both in Navy Blue. Upon trying them on, neither fit. Both tags in each jacket were also ripped off. Leading me to believe that these items were previously returned. Upon emailing the company my predicament. I was greeted with an A I named Anna with a response of "we really sorry, we really care, blah, blah, but we need pictures of all my issues and problems. I then received my pre-written A I 3 options email which consisted of 1.) keep the jackets and get 15% back on your credit card. 2.) Return for a refund with 3 paragraphs of language that I'm responsible for the return, I'm responsible for any import tax, additional fees, shipping, and responsible for the condition of the jackets. OR option 3.) A one-time replacement of the merchandise and then they wash their hands of my transaction. I chose option 3.
I then received another A I Anna email stating that they are not replacing anything. That there's nothing wrong with their merchandise and they will not replace the jackets. All I want is what I paid for. A brand new men's Navy Blue jacket in 3XL with the zipper on the right hand side and a brand new Black jacket in 3XL with the zipper on the right hand side.

I ordered one of their sweaters and there was a couple threads that were slightly exposed on the chest area. I sent a pic to their customer service over email and they sent me out a brand new sweater free of charge. It really was a hassle free process and I’m definitely going to do business with them again.

This company is a joke, you’ll think your purchase will arrive in a few days but in reality it’s coming from china. I wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money, I was expecting my items right away because I’m going on vacation and it’s sad that I have to find something else with only days to spare. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KENNEDY ALFRED KENNEDY ALFRED if you need your items right away and not from months later from china.

I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered a size 39. The site listed 5-7 days on arrival of shoes from the U.S. When they arrived three weeks later from China, they had sent a size 40. I reached out to customer service e and offered a 15% refund and I keep the wrong size or I pay to return them to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!

Do not shop from this company they are from China and it took two months to receive a product that looks not like anything about what the description said it’s not real leather and they look cheap. I paid $100 for two pairs of loafers that I would send back but it’s just not worth the trouble. Don’t be fooled, when you can’t find reviews on a company. That’s a big red flag.

Do not under any circumstances shop from this business. If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did it take a few days short of two months to receive in order that I placed which claimed to ship within one to two days but once I finally received the order, it was incorrect. Before the order even arrived, I had been going back-and-forth over email with one of their employees for over two weeks and was reassured multiple times that a supervisor would reach out to me and even still, I have not heard from a supervisor. This company should be shut down immediately.

I’m writing this review because I ordered my daughter a pair of penny loafers from Kennedy Alfred on their website. They looked like well-made top-of-the-line penny loafers on website they were on sale I paid $64 for a pair of shoes that look like they’re not worth $10. The shoes that was ordered from Kennedy. Alford are not the same shoes that were sent. They are not the same color. The stitching is different. The leather is not even the same BEWARE I would not ever buy another thing from Kennedy Alfred. It’s fraudulent A RIP OFF !!! definitely not what they’re advertising on their website I am beyond disappointed. AND CHANCES ARE YOU WILL BE BEYOND DISAPPOINTED TOO.!!

Clothing that I ordered didnt even have tags to see the size or the brand. The clothing was way larger then expected and poor quality. ALso I requested a refund and they basically said that I can return it but it will cost 40-50 dollars to ship to China and the set I bought was 56.00 so its almost a lose lose.

I placed a order on this site on Feb 22nd and received notification that it was shipped out on the 26th of Feb. The website says I will receive my package within 6-10 days. That can't be further from the truth as it is March 14th and I have yet to receive a package. My tracking is through 17 Track and I checked the tracking for weeks. It was only today that it gave an update about it leaving a location in China. Therefore, never being shipped till today when they said it was shipped on Feb 26th according to my email, but the tracking never updated till today. Yeah, terrible. Furthermore, their website is confabulated with a location in Texas, but they operate from China. Their images on the website are used across other websites. I reached their team about this and they told me their are an eCommerce store. What frustrates me most is that I was under the impression this was a site that operates in the US and that I thought I would have my package by now. Im waiting on some loafers I ordered for work because mine have a hole in them, and now I am without a proper shoe for however long. I also read stories on reddit from customers that had the misfortune of finding this website and let me tell you it everything but reputable. I doubt I will receive a quality product if and when it gets here. Buyer be aware, there isn't much about this website, but you can take every word from me a steer clear.
*Update* I received my item on March 24th, the product is nothing like the pictured, no out sole on the loafer shoe, insole is terrible and non existent support. Also, surprise, NOT REAL LEATHER. I paid $66 for a shoe that probably cost them $5 to make. You can get a better shoe from the dollar store, also the shoe flops when i tried them. They are now giving me the work around for a refund, and now I'm disputing with my bank.
