Hartelijk dank voor uw review. We begrijpen heel goed hoe vervelend het is als een pakket niet op tijd of niet correct wordt geleverd.

Bij Kenners BV doen wij er alles aan om onze service zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen. We verzenden maandelijks duizenden pakketten via DPD, en hoewel dit in de overgrote meerderheid van de gevallen goed gaat, kunnen er helaas – net als bij alle vervoerders – af en toe dingen misgaan. Wat voor ons het belangrijkst is, is dat we altijd ons uiterste best doen om eventuele problemen snel en zorgvuldig op te lossen.

We vinden het dan ook spijtig dat onze dienstverlening als geheel wordt beoordeeld op basis van een externe bezorgpartner. We zouden daarom graag persoonlijk contact met u opnemen om te bekijken wat er precies is misgegaan en hoe we dit kunnen rechtzetten. Zou u ons alstublieft uw bestelnummer of e-mailadres willen sturen? Dan kijken we dit meteen voor u na.

Great service, great prices and great products

Ordered the Instant Pot airfryer and I’m very happy with the product and the price was excellent! Delivery only took a few days (busy holiday season), customer service support was top in assisting me with my questions related to delivery. Fast replies and great friendly service. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service! Ordered an Instant Pot here, the most expensive model. To my surprise and dissappointment it was severely damaged during transport. After contacting customer service and sending them a video of the damage the unit was replaced the next day. It's very reassuring to know you're in such good hands when purchasing an expensive product and I will definetily buy from them (Kenners) again on any of their webshops.

My order was never delivered

I ordered an air purifier and never got it delivered. They sent me an email at night saying the delivery was complete, I immediately went downstairs and did not find anything. The postperson did not call or even tried to verify if they are doing the right thing.

I clicked on the parcel tracking and it says the number is non-existent. Delivery companies are trash in Brussels and companies who work with them never quality assure and do not care if orders reach their destinations. Dont buy and waste your money like I did to mine.

Regarding the challenges with delivery companies, we share your frustration. While we strive to select the best possible logistics partners, the reality is that issues can arise with any delivery service, particularly in complex delivery environments such as apartment complexes in Brussels. The performance of individual drivers, which can vary greatly, unfortunately, remains largely beyond our direct control.

Please rest assured that we do care deeply about ensuring our customers receive their orders. Not only is it fundamental to our commitment to customer satisfaction, but we are also legally obligated to ensure that the products customers pay for are delivered accordingly.
