ORDER FRAUD. My brother ordered a jacket LAST MAY and didn't receive! I had a similar experience and only received my jacket when VISA intervened! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have sent MANY MANY EMAILS INQUIRING BUT NO ANSWER. SULLYING KENNETH ANGER'S NAME.

MAIL FRAUD. Purchased a jacket Jan 2, 2020, still haven't received it (it's late Feb). They refuse to respond to your dm's, emails, inquiries, and continually promote their items online. I received a notification saying my item had a shipping number via usps, and that was 3 weeks ago. Note: their website says they ship 3-5 days after purchase. I was contacted by a lawyer regarding a class action suit because so many people have been ripped off by Kenneth Anger's site that a small army are assembling. I could understand if they were backlogged, but if this is an honest company with integrity--then why would they continue to sell these expensive jackets (TAKE MONEY), and never ship the items. I was told by one person who received their jacket (six months later) that IT DID NOT come with a certificate of authenticity like the web site says. Another person, sent the jacket back to exchange the size and never received the exchanged item. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I purchased a jacket for a friend. And, I'm so appalled by the customer service and scamming that I can't in good conscience promote Kenneth Anger's work, name, or jackets.

I don't understand how this website is still operational. I purchased a jacket on 1/3/2019 and it's now 3/13/2019. After a few emails I finally got a USPS tracking number but eventually it expired because they never delivered the item. I called my bank today 3/13 to dispute this and get my money back.

Placed an order for a jacked on 12/03/18. I have sent 4 email inquiries to customer support; all have been ignored. I received a shipping notification on 12/28/18, BUT the USPS reports that the item was never delivered to USPS for shipment (basically, a label was made, but the item was never dropped off at USPS). It is now 01/23/19. I still do not have a jacket, and I've had no reply to any of my communications with Kenneth Anger customer support. They are continuing to promote the jacket sales on Facebook. I commented on the sales post that I never received my item. My comment was deleted and the comments were locked on the sales post.

I have begun to publicly decry the Kenneth Anger Shop on social media. I've yet to get a response. I'm reporting them as a scammy operation across the internet and am contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I EMPHATICALLY encourage you to not purchase from them. It is an absolute scam.

I received the awesome Lucifer Rising jacket as a birthday gift from my husband and I was so thrilled! But unfortunately the jacket was in bad condition; the tags had been ripped out and holes left in the lining! I wrote to "Anger Management" and they said to send it back and they'd send me a new one.

Well, you can guess what happened. They never sent another and after countless emails I'm now certain that I'll never hear from them again and the (no small amount of) money they received for the jacket is lost to us.

I have absolutely no recourse. I've tried several ways to seek justice but these thieves are just going to get away with it. They've even blocked me on Facebook because I left them a bad review. Unfortunately I'm far from being the only victim of this scam.

Th only thing I can do now is try to prevent others from being had. DO NOT SEND KENNETH ANGER YOU MONEY.

RIPPED OFF.

Received the jacket in poor condition, they said I could send it back and get a new one. Sent it back and have never heard anything from them. They haven't answered after several emails and I'm starting to realize that IT'S A ABSOLUTE SCAM. It's truly a shame because I really wanted to support Kenneth Anger, but maybe this is isn't even him??

I bought this jacket primarily because of an embroidery. The next day, I decided to browse the reviews on the jacket and found mostly negative reviews concerning sizing, costumer service, etc. I was surprised.
I just received this jacket today and, I don't know, maybe I was lucky, but my jacket looks great! It fits perfectly and has none of the issues raised in other reviews. I don't know why that is, but I would definitely buy this jacket again in different colour . Hopefully the second jacket is as good as this one.

i ordered a 180$ Jacket and have no news about the seller.

I discovered all the negatives reviews too much later..

Please DONT GIVE MONEY to this SCAMMER, it's a shame that he could scam so many people on Faceboook and have no pursuits.

I received a jacket from this company as a gift and it was too big so I sent it in to get a size exchange and it’s been over 6 months after they said they were sending me a new size and I’ve emailed them hundreds of times and I’ve been ignored for months. Do not buy from them.

Really ... really bad service and lousy quality!

I ordered 2 times a jacket and paid and never received this. There were on my multiple questions per mail never an answer. There is no telephone number of this company.
Scammers.

No answers after purchase of 300$ jacket, no delivery, no updates, no news. Some bloke wrote that it will be sent next week. a month passed since then.
no phone numbers, no contact details. on a map at that address on google street view is a bloody laundry. abysmal customer service and
management.

really funny that the company is called Anger Management.
