I used Ken Rhodes to replace a window pane in my flat. They were more responsive than other companies I'd tried contacting beforehand, providing an easy resolution to an issue that had started to feel like a hassle to sort out. I was happy with the cost and timeframe for the work, as well as the quality. Jayne (Service Manager) and Paul (Service Engineer) both provided good customer service and were a pleasure to deal with.

From the first visit to take details of what windows I wanted to getting my windows installed my experience of working with the Ken Rhodes Group has been excellent.

I did not feel I was dealing with a company I had to haggle with on the price, the price I was given was within my budget and in my view very reasonable.

When it came to installing the windows the installers made very little noise, left no mess and completed the job to a high standard. Everything was completed within a day. I cannot fault their work. They removed the blinds for me and put them back up once the windows had been fitted.

I cannot believe how much difference the new windows have made to my house.

If I had to complain about anything it would be that the communication regarding the installation date wasn’t the best.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Ken Rhodes Group.

It was a very simple process all round. From Maggie, the sales woman who talked us through the options and priced up for us, to the surveyor and the installation team, everything was straightforward and everyone was friendlyand sensible. We had a couple of niggles but our emails and calls were answered quickly and the matters were dealt with promptly. The installation was less messy than I expected and the men cleared up neatly and quickly. The final results are lovely and we are so pleased. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken Rhodes Group.

This was our 3rd use of the very fine K Rhodes double glazing. If I say the firstc was 28 years ago it shows how we value the wonderful work they always provide for us year upon year

Tgus tine ur was 2 ehsgavt front bedroom windows wiry a grear turn abd tuit window opening fir rye bungalow we bought 27 years ago. 5 neighbours called by to say how good they looked. Too marks to the cheerful talented fitter Gary. A year ago KR installed the very striking looking conservatory vaulted roof with bifold side windows. Many see it gasp and say Wow Kindest regards. We recently had our conservatory roof replaced by Ken Rhodes Company and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed at every stage of the work, which gave us great confidence throughout the process.
Any minor issue that needed attention after completion was handled quickly and professionally, with the team showing full cooperation and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The standard of workmanship is excellent and has made a huge improvement to the overall appearance of our property.
The new transparent glass roof has transformed our conservatory — it keeps the space comfortably cool during hot weather, significantly reduces noise, and provides far better insulation in colder conditions. Now that we’re in the winter months, we’re really enjoying how much warmer and more usable the conservatory has become.

The Ken Rhodes Group recently completed an excellent installation of replacement windows and doors at our home. 11 windows and 3 doors including French patio doors all Georgian style. Although expected, we were still amazed at the pristine finish and workmanship. Considering all windows were installed with our plantation shutters intact, they managed to complete the job a whole day ahead of schedule! this was down to our installer Gary, who is certainly professional and knows his craft. In fact from the initial sales right through to completion, communication with the whole Ken Rhodes team has been pleasant and efficient! Thanks again Ken Rhodes, we have other development plans on the horizon, so look forward to discussing these with you real soon!

Ken Rhodes’ team have been fantastic to work with from start to finish. Not only was the pricing highly competitive, but their communication and reliability have been outstanding. Most importantly, the windows and doors were installed with true professionalism – and they look even better than we’d imagined. Highly recommended !

We had big sliding doors fitted and they actually ended up being faulty from the manufacturer so the aftercare was really important to me. Ken Rhodes company continually supported the communication with the manufacturer and met them at my house etc and the issue was resolved. We were also quite impressed by the manufacturers aftercare/servicing guy who genuinely cared about getting it resolved too. We love our sliding doors now!

From our first phone call to the office to our installation today we have been continually impressed with the service we received from The Ken Rhodes Group. We will definitely return when we are ready to do the rest of the house 👍

Had my patio doors onstall about 2 years ago after checking a few companies. Very pleasd with the service so I got them to install the windows at the back of the house. Extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and the installers who installed them. Will definitely be going back to them to do my bay windows.

This is the second time have used this company, once again exceptional service from the team and we are over the moon with the work.

Warning – Avoid This Company

We trusted this company with our life savings for a planning application — they assured us it was viable, but it later became clear they knew it wouldn’t meet regulations. After taking our money, they claimed the company had gone into liquidation, leaving us unable to recover our deposit.

Shockingly, they then offered to continue the project through another company, which we discovered has the same director. You can check this yourself on Companies House — the new company is called Trim Tech Limited.

We feel completely misled and financially devastated. Please do not part with any money. We’re sharing this to warn others from going through what we did.

Excellent product and workmanship what else is there to say other than I highly recommend them the price is consistent with other window and door companies and they can match any offers made by the larger companies

Excellent company would recommend. They replaced all my soffits , gutters and facia boards. Did a great job at price , the fitter Justin was efficient , polite and a very clean worker

I've just had new french doors and a back door fitted in my Victorian house.
Luke and Rick did an amazing job fitting the doors.They worked tirelessly all day taking out my old timber doors and replacing them with grey aluminium french doors and a back door.
There work is exceptional! They cleaned up and touched up on any gaps .
I will definitely use this company when I have my windows replaced in the future.

I had four companies give me a quote and advice re .new doors.
Even though Ken Rhodes company wasn't the cheapest, it was the level of service, advice, and reviews that made up my mind in using the company.

I would definitely recommend this company to my friend's, and I will be using them again in the future.

have used Ken Rhodes Group twice now for new windows and door. The quality and prices of the products are great. There is such a wide range of products to choose from and everything is explained in very good detail. They also offer good finance options if you wish to take those up. The customer service is fantastic, from the first stage if quoting down to the fitting of the product they keep in contact every step of the way. You can tell this is a family run business as their passion and customer care really stands out. I would highly recommend ken Rhodes as a choice of new windows and doors
