Very helpful staff even when i had problems they worked quickly to help me
I had the pleasure of meeting Janine Gilbert when she was appointed Thurrock Residents Liaison Officer, what a genuinely lovely person she is , very polite and professional and so informative. She was very helpful and made the whole process so much easier, she was always there to listen and went above and beyond to answer any queries or problems we may have had regarding installation and use of the heating system.
Janine's customer service skills were and are outstanding, a year later she is still dealing with bookings and queries and still going above and beyond to assist with any problems.
With her warm friendly nature she is truly a great asset to the company.

After a fault alarm on my heat pump, Tom in technical support could not have been more helpful. He sent out a new component which arrived within 24 hours. This solved the problem. Tom’s support was first class.

Today l had a problem with my Kensa heat pump that I have had for 12 years without any problem. I spoke to Kensa and I spoke to their technical expert who’s name I believe is Tom . He talked me through the problem and fortunately we resolved what was wrong.
It was good to deal with a company that cared about its customers and be able to talk to someone direct.

Had an intermittent warning light on our Kensa Shoebox. Dropped an email to Kensa tech support and Tom got back to me really quickly to arrange a phone call and talk through solutions. He then arranged for the couple of replacement components to be mailed to us and they arrived the next day (we live in quite a remote area of Scotland, so well done Royal Mail too!). Tom could not have been more helpful throughout. He talked me through the fitting of the new components and seemed to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the system. He was even willing to give up his free time over the weekend to help if that had been necessary. What a fantastic service from Kensa and they should be very proud to have folk like Tom working for them. Hugely impressed.

I had no heating or hot water and a son just back from hospital with pneumonia. I emailed different agency's including my local council only Kensa replied. Janine contacted me straight away was extremely helpful in a least trying to get me hot water while waiting for engineer. She advised me to approach my concierge who had their heaters stored for such an emergency. Alex the engineer arrived between the time given and had everything up and running in no time. Janine at Kensa also followed up after to make sure everything was good. Not used to Thurrock council company's being so professional.. I was very impressed with the whole service. Definitely 5 Stars. Thank you Kensa.

Without hesitation, my limited experience gives this company a 5-star rating. The remote engineer (Chris) who walked me through the steps was methodical and knowledgeable, helping me not just complete the process but also understand exactly what was going on. Before dealing with Kensa directly, I had 2 separate engineers, 2 separate call-out fees and countless issues, irritating me more and more with each failure. Within the space of a week, Chris had the issues diagnosed, parts ordered and installed with no fuss. By the end of this resolution, I wanted to give Kensa my money, and they most certainly have my custom in the future!
I reached out to Kensa looking for advice designing a commercial heat pump for a university project, as an engineering student. They got back to me straight away and one of their employees helped me on the phone. He gave me some extremely useful advice and knowledge that will massively help me with my project, for which I am very appreciative. He clearly had great experience around the subject and provided great professional guidance. (If I'm ever designing a heat pump once I qualify I know who I will be going to!)

Great help from Chris in techsupport at Exeter. Had an electrical problem which was solved by our usual electrician, but when switched on found a second problem with the rate of flow. Chris spent an hour on the phone with the sparky and helped him diagnose a faulty pump which is about to be replaced.

The Representative, Tom Morris, who we were dealing with was brilliant and extremely patient and spent an hour and a half on the 'phone re-programming our two units. It is an amazing service.
I would like to thank all the staff in the technical department at Kensa, every time i have had to call them, they have been so helpful, they are very polite, and talk you through all the steps on the heat pump to resolve any problems you may have. A special than you to Tom Morris who has been so helpful the last few times i have called, I would highly recommend Kensa to any one thinking of purchasing an Heat pump.

I want to give a shout-out to Chris John in tech support.
I have a not very average system of two cascaded heat pumps, + an open loop borehole + separate heat exchanger + borehole pump for house pressure.
Kensa sorted the original install on the heat pumps, but the rest of heating/hot water install around the house was done with a regular plumber. This was a self build project, so no main contractor either.
I have had a steep learning curve to tweak things. Kensa tech support has been very patient with me and I am very happy to recommend them
