I’ve used Alan twice now—first to…

I’ve used Alan twice now—first to repair the hinge on my ASUS TUF FX504, and then for a full SSD and RAM upgrade with data cloning.

Both jobs were done to a very high standard. The hinge repair was solid and has held up perfectly over time. The upgrade was completed the same day, and the system came back running flawlessly with everything transferred properly.

What stands out is that he doesn’t rush or cut corners, he takes the time to do the job right. Communication is clear, he’s reliable with timings, and the overall service feels professional from start to finish.

Genuinely one of the most reliable people I’ve come across for this kind of work. Highly recommended.

Alan at Kensington Computer Repairs…

Alan at Kensington Computer Repairs (London W14) is officially my go-to for any laptop issues. I had a serious problem (entirely of my own making), but he was very reassuring and fixed it within a day. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in a way a novice like me can understand. Patient, efficient, and with very reasonable prices. Highly recommend - 020 3026 0184.
