Have just had my solid Victorian shutters fitted at the weekend. I'm absolutely delighted with them. From the initial quote from Rob, to the measuring up and the final fitting yesterday, the customer service has been faultless. This is a company who do 'excellence' as standard and take enormous pride in their work. They are passionate about what they do and go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are getting the best possible deal.
Transparent pricing, no hidden costs ; just a high quality product fitted to perfection.

so so pleased with my shutters.....being able to get an online quote hassle free which is what sold it to me , Rob then come and took a true measurement all extremely quickly , and Luke has fitted them beautifully, he is very polite, tidy and conscientious with his work especially his mastic work . From the start they are extremely knowledgeable and professional, our first appointment they came with all the options in samples so you can see them in your own home. The second time we used them, it couldn’t have been easier - they had our style, colour and specs saved so it was easy to match our new shutters to the existing.
The shutters themselves are such high quality compared to others we’ve had and you can pick the smallest details like the colour of hinges which really make all the difference for a high end look.

Our initial visit was with Rob very helpful & informative re our choice of shutters. . We were kept informed of the process. We Had shutters fitted by Luke. Very pleased with them, they make such a difference to the room. Luke was polite, friendly & respectful of our home, he took off his shoes as carpet. Would definitely recommend again thank you
