Installer was very good at his job, wore clean slippers to ensure our new rug was not spoilt and he was very well mannered.

The service was excellent from start to finish, the team were prompt, knowledgable and have a delivered a high quality finish on our blinds. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Excellent service from the moment Rob came along to discuss what I wanted and explained all the different options available. He showed me various samples, I made my choices, placed my order and was kept informed regularly how things were progressing by Zena.
When it was time for the installation of the shutters Chris fitted them perfectly, explained all the different positions that could be used to allow light, give privacy etc. He was so tidy that it was as if he had never been here, except that I had lovely new shutters at my windows.
I am so pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Kent Bespoke Shutters that I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a superb quality product with excellent customer service.

It was well worth the wait for our shutters to be made and installed. They are excellent quality and have greatly improved the rooms where they are fitted as well as the external appearance.

There aren’t sufficient words to describe just how fantastic this company is. We had a tricky project, meaning our blind installation needed to be delayed, but they were so helpful and kept hold of them until we were ready. We have them fitted on most of our windows, and were given expert advice at the initial measure, as our windows are different sizes and required a different number of blinds. We also had them fitted with blackout blinds for the bedrooms, which are wonderful, and are not such an expensive add-on if fitted and at the outset, and are so worth it in the bright early mornings. We are absolutely delighted with the result. The installation was quick, efficient and very tidy with no mess, as they cleared and took away all the packaging. I simply love the blinds at tbe windows and I cannot rate this company highly enough.

We had shutters fitted on two of our windows and couldn't be more delighted with both the process and the final product. Everything from the original visit (so thorough, with samples of everything to inform our choices and really knowledgeable advice) through to regular contact while the shutters were being made, through to having the shutters fitted was extremely smooth and we felt well taken care of throughout. We also had a quote from a well known national company and our experience was very different (and they were more expensive, even with their "discounts"!) so we were really pleased to be given such confidence. The shutters are beautifully fitted and have made a huge difference to our rooms. We will be coming back for more!

The whole process was smooth and very professional. From Rob doing the measure and quote with great advice for all options. When it came to pricing there was no gimmicks or special offers etc just very fair clear pricing. I had other quote and the salesman said he would lose his commission and reduce the price especially for me. Came across as a wheeler dealer. Gave me prices before even measuring!!. The price was still much more than kent shutters. The fitting and quality of the shutters is amazing. I can find no fault. Fitter worked very cleanly and efficiently. The product is perfect.
