I can't praise Kent Composite Doors highly enough. It is very refreshing to find a trades person these days with the standards of care and professionalism that Tony exhibited. From our first enquiry, Tony always responded promptly and gave us exactly what we wanted in terms of a lovely new front door.

He did a first class job of installing the door, and showed great care and attention to detail. Our door knocker had a tiny scratch on it so he ordered a new one and returned swiftly and replaced it. No fuss, no bother.

I am really glad we chose Tony and Kent Composite Doors and I highly recommend him to others.

We recently had our front and back doors replaced, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The doors look great, we now feel nice and secure, and both doors are very smooth to operate. The whole process was simple and stress free - after dealing with very pushy sales tactics from some bigger companies, Tony's approach was much appreciated, with no pressure or upselling things I didn't feel I needed. The online quote was the same as when Tony visited to measure up and it was fitted within 2 weeks as promised. The fitting was excellent, all the rubbish cleared away and the quality of the door is great. Overall excellent value for money compared with other quotes I had.

Tony did a brilliant job. He was very helpful advising us from the beginning of which lock to switch to for our security wants, and which glass to switch to so it would match up with our windows. Tony installed quickly and tidily and took all rubbish away. He made the framework look super neat and sanded and cleaned our sill which was buried in render to look as good as the new framework and prevent knock-on job of re-rendering. Tony returned quickly to replace lock when wrong one was sent and buff out a surface scratch we noticed. Door looks nice and fresh. All paperwork like invoices, insurance and building certification were sent quickly. All information was clear and you could ask any question and get a trustworthy answer. Great job and workmanship all around. Many thanks. Would recommend and would use again for future jobs.

We found ourself in the unfortunate position if needing a new front door right on top of Christmas. Having researched companies to assist i came across Kent Composite Doors who offered a 14 day lead time on replacement doors. I made an email enquiry and Tony got in touch very soon after to book in a quote at our property. Tony came around and measure up, confirmed the price matched the design we put through the website and went through the specs of the door. There was no pushy sales techniques from Tony, he was super polite, professional and truly honest throughout - our main concern was getting the door installed before Christmas. Tony kept me updated on the instal date throughout, and true to his word, 2 weeks later he was here ripping out the old door and frame and installing our new one. Tony's workmanship was truly excellent. The new door is fantastic! It has really made a dramatic visual improvement to our property, and it has truly made our hallway a lot warmer. No more drafty door! Both my partner and I are truly over the moon. I would highly recommend Tony and his team if you find yourself in the market for a new front door. We couldn't be happier. A truly trustworthy company with a great owner!

There is no after sales service, they installed my door but part of it has already come off but I cannot get hold of anyone to come and fix it and I have been trying for a few weeks. Nobody ever picks up the phone or answer the emails. Shoddy.

Tony was very friendly, professional, prompt and punctual. Very tidy as well, my door looks great and reasonable prices. I have and would continue to recommend.
