We arrived at the showroom and were met by Luke. His knowledge about all the options available to us was excellent and as a result we went ahead and placed an order.
Communication from then on was excellent and a date for installation arranged.
The fitting of the fireplace and fire on the day was faultless and professional.
We are so pleased with all the work carried out and can’t thank them enough for how it’s transformed our room.

We have inherited a fireplace through our house purchase that was bought from this company around 8 years ago. They have helped us get set up, understand the fire place and even come out to help when we thought we were having issues. They have been a really lovely company to work with going above and beyond - extremely grateful for the wonderful service and very much enjoying our new fire!

A friend recommended me to The Kent Fireplace Company and we subsequently went ahead with buying and having a gas fireplace, hearth and mantle piece fitted in March 2023. We visited their showroom in February 2023 where the process was explained fully. It was a bit more involved than I realised due to regulation compliance preparation work required before they could fit it. We needed a Hetas accredited chimney sweep done before the works could start. They helped with that by supplying a list of local chimney sweeps to contact. They came around a week or two later and did a survey and after the chimney was swept, everything was good to go for the installation. On the day, they turned up early and did an excellent job. The fitters were tidy and considerate. Incredibly happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend to others.

Confusing experience. I emailed Kent Fireplace to get a draft quotation for a stove & installation. The first person who replied my email requested more details and site photos which I provided swiftly. After that another person replied and insisted that I should call them. When I politely asked them to email me the estimates they refused and literally told me: “Sorry I don’t have time – the showroom is manic and I’m on my own”. Seems rather unhelpful and unprofessional.
