These people are thieves. They took my shotgun to sell on commission nearly three years ago. The last time I managed to contact them they said they were moving to Manston. They are liars and totally dishonest people.

Placed an order, but have to wait for a call back to pay as online system is down. Never receive phone call, no one answers the phone and no one responds to emails. How this company is in business is beyond me.

My experience was one of extremely professional and friendly Staff who made my welcome feel just that, a welcome. I have nothing but praise for these people and I will be visiting and buying from them in the near future.

Misleading website and a complete incoherent mess of an online retailer. Placed an order and paid for express delivery which was £24. I received an invoice and all was good, however a week later and I still hadn't heard anything from the retailer about when my order would be delivered so I sent an e-mail, this e-mail was ignored. I waited another week and sent another e-mail this time I received a response stating that due to legislation in the UK and Wales all sale's have to be done on a face to face basis. This I already knew. Websites such as Kentguns are not allowed to ship there item's through regular couriers but they are however allowed to deliver the items they sell themselves, which constitutes a face to face sale. On the website it states that a personal delivery service is available, they have the option for a personal delivery service during checkout and they also state that the items in question are available to be shipped within 10 day's. So why was my order not delivered to me??? And why did I receive no correspondence from the seller to tell me that they had no intention of fulfilling the order. If you don't want to deliver the items you sell personally then why do you advertise a delivery option on your website. My time was completely wasted by this retailer. Best to take your hard earned money elsewhere.
