While the removalists were very obliging and worked very hard they need to be trained in how to pack.E.G. keep computer cables attached to a computer with computer, not put in a box just to fill a gap

★☆☆☆☆ Inadequate preparation and poor service recovery
We provided Kent with a full inventory of our furniture in advance, including fragile glass cabinets, glass shelving and marble tops. Despite this, the team arrived without sufficient wrapping materials. Items were carried out and loaded onto the truck with no protective padding, and wrapping was only provided after we insisted — much of which we ended up doing ourselves at the destination. Fragile glass items were left loosely covered rather than properly secured.
The team also removed the leather covers from our beds without asking, leaving the furniture altered from how it was collected.
Nothing was ultimately damaged, but that felt like luck rather than careful handling. What disappointed us most was the response afterwards: instead of acknowledging the gaps, the company insisted everything was “standard procedure” and declined to take any responsibility. For a company that presents itself as a professional removalist, the lack of preparation and the dismissive attitude were well below what we expected for what we paid.

Your staff - from the professional and friendly administrative staff answering calls and requests through to the uplift and delivery personnel (hardworking, courteous and diligent) - all make the difference in being a quality service rather than simply a convenience.

They were on time , they were courteous and patient, they were careful with our furniture and they worked their asses off with a fairly difficult move

Delivery date changed, lost one of our boxes. Communication wasn’t great, tried to call numerous times to arrange possible storage and collection but got nowhere

Supply of boxes and packing paper. All people we dealt with were patient and helpful. Removalists were patient and professional.
