Possible Scam

Kepler digital was a great to work with in the beginning. They designed my helped me with my domain. I bought the social media package and payed three months and it went down hill. I never saw any posts paid for google ads. It seems to be a huge scam. They promised a money back guarantee but now they will not respond.
