A very good experience and great customer service!
A very good experience! I can only recommend buying from this company, as the customer service is very good! Unfortunately my product arrived with some small defects. I was offered the possibility to return for a full refund or to keep the item and get a 50% refund! The replies from customer service were swift and the whole process very easy!

Wow! Amazing customer Service
Wow! Amazing customer service. They were prompt and responsive to my query when the delivery service lost the packet. I can't speak highly enough of this company. I'm sensitive to the sun and develop a heat rash and burn quickly. Ker Sun products are an absolute must for me from now on. Note: Just received the delivery and I am so happy with the quality and design!
