Keramik-kraft does not care about their customers
Bought a kittec studioline eco 125 from keramik-kraft
What they promised:
2 - 3 weeks delivery time.
Programs for the burning of stoneware on the control.
Information on changes in the delivery time. Good service in case of any problems.
What we got:
8 weeks delivery time.
No programs at all on the stying.
No information about delays and when I contact them I am told that the delay is due to the unrest in the Red Sea.
No service as the kiln did not work.
After reporting the error to them on both e-mail and phone, I hear nothing from them for 2 weeks and when I contact them again I am told that the error report must be made by e-mail and I will receive a response within 5 working days.
When I tell them that they have had 12 days already, I get a message to report an error again.
Keramik-kraft.com does not care about their customers. As long as they get their payment..
