Great Quality, Price, Style, & Service!

I purchased an office chair from Kerdom after looking for literally the cheapest office chair I could find that would come relatively quickly, after breaking my old chair. I didn't know I was getting an upgrade!! The $40 (sale price) chair I ordered, model 934, was delivered quickly, easy to assemble, & is plenty roomy for me, & I am 6' 2", 250lbs. It is comfortable, & seems to be durable materials from what I can discern so far. I was so pleased, I went to their site to inquire about another purchase, & chatted with their sales team - they were SUPER friendly, responded rapidly, made smart recommendations, & knew their products well. I will buy again for sure!

Excepcional process and product

Incredible delivery time. Less than 1 week. The assembly instructions of the chairs were clear and easy to follow. Assembly time 20min per chair after the first. Nice design and performance.It Is excepcional to find spare assembly parts in the tools kit.

Re: Order #KD8496. I purchased an office chair online on July 18, 2024 and my credit card confirmed the purchase. The order mentioned "expidited delivery" and since I received no additional communications I pursued reaching out to Kerdom. As other reviewers have written the company does not respond. I've sent inquiries on when the item would be shipped/delivered via Chat, website messaging, phone calls - no one answers during business hours and their voicemail box is full and not accepting messages. Within the hour I attempted to find out information from Kerdom's FAQs on the their website about Shipping and Delivery. When you click on the underlined Shipping and Delivery link you are taken to the Haworth website - a totally different company. I have also notified my credit card company of my concern, but I have a sense that the company is backlogged in fulfilling their order and have one of the worst customer service departments around. I will followup in a few days and if I receive no satisfaction will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The above review was written yesterday - on 7/23/24. Today - 7/24/24 I received 9 emails (a few duplicates) indicating my chair was on its way and delivered - all in one day! I did receive the chair. So, my concerns have been relieved but my earlier comments still are valid. Their customer service operation rates below 1 star (although I raised it to 3 stars based on the one day delivery) and the executive officers need to resolve it ASAP.

The awesome mini treadmill

The customer service is excellent and the treadmill is really nice and I cannot believe how powerful, steady is. I did my first power walking right away, it is awesome, love it. It will definitely come in handy in the Winter, I won’t have to go outside in the freezing weather to walk or run.

They have incredible customer service. Great communication with buyers. Highly recommended as a company. They answer all your questions and needs. And as for the products, they are good quality-price products regardless of the type of chair you need.

One very satisfied customer

I stumbled upon Kerdom in my search for a walking pad with incline. I never heard of them before but after reading their reviews alone from other customers I chose to purchase from them over all the familiar named companies. Even before receiving my product I called my sister and told her about this company and she placed an order on the same day as I did. What made it even special they were having a memorial day sale that really sealed the deal for the both of us. When my package arrived it was the wrong model and I was surprised how quickly they rectified the issue for me and I am now enjoying my walking pad with incline as well as my sister. Kerdom did not disappoint on product or in customer service.

iPhone is just fantastic from the neck to the lumbar area

Also the shoulders are rigth aligned becausevyou can rotate them externally , so you are not curvef but well seated with the back comgortably supported by the back of the chair

I saw this on one of the influencers…

I saw this on one of the influencers page I follow and thought I' d try it. Love it! It' s just asthetically clean and I love the wood finish I chose! Hands down the best! Definitely, one day will upgrade to the newest model but when it comes out in black! Thanks guys!

As a semi-retired freelance programmer I spend a lot of time sitting. I needed a heavy duty chair. My order came early. The assembly was very easy. After being in the chair for over four hours I am still comfortable. This chair is fantastic.

Horrible customer service refusing to cancel and then refusing to send a return label

I ordered a treadmill but realized I wanted a different one. I contacted KERDOM customer support to cancel the order. I said I wanted a better warranty. They stated their warranty and would not cancel. I emailed again and said I was wanting a treadmill to arrive in 3 days and to cancel. They said the item was out of stock but I could have a white one. I declined and stated again to cancel. They then offered a discount. I declined and continued to ask for a cancellation for 7 days. I emailed, called, and messaged and did not receive a response. Finally, someone said they would contact the warehouse but instead, I received a shipping notice. However, it was just a notification of a label. I emailed, called, and messaged again. I was told the item had shipped but it had not. I requested a cancellation. They said the order had now shipped. I told them to send a return label because after 7 days of customer service not complying with their own “easy cancellation” policy, I said I did want to use an item from such an unethical company. I have now emailed three times for a return label and they are telling me to try the treadmill out and they hope I enjoy it. I emailed back that I wanted my return label and a refund. This company is nothing short of a scam. Their customer service is horrific and does not
Live up to their policies. Do not buy anything. They will not stand by their policies or their products.

Ordered 30 chairs.

Ordered 30 chairs and all but two were delivered. I emailed customer service and within a week not only had they responded to my email but scheduled a delivery for the two missing chairs. The chairs were delivered a couple of weeks later.

This is my most nightmarish online purchase.
I've been waiting a quarter of a year for an order.
Customer service responds when they want, once a week.
Constant lying about delivery times.
First they said that today will definitely ship, then 2 weeks later they ask about the possibility of changing the color of the product.
Support reads my messages, but does not respond.
It is impossible to get through to them...
It looks like I will not get the goods

VERY SKEPTICAL...AND STILL WAITING ORDER #KD6963

I like many of those writing one-star reviews due to the lack of accountability and horrendous customer service. I called about my order and a man answered the phone not with the company name "Like Thanks for Calling Kerdom how may I assist you" No he said "Hello" I said I must have the wrong number and he said who are you trying to reach...I said I ordered a chair and before I could say the company he replied "Oh from Kerdom the Office Chair" I said yes but clearly you are not them because no business answers the phone like they are at home or are you remotely working sir" His response was "Oh yeah they have my number listed for them, but reach out to them via email" I said who does business through email only when a phone number is listed? I have yet to receive my chair and I even texted the number on the order form I received via email alerting them of my order # and inquiring about when I would receive my chair as it said when I ordered if I did so in 5hrs I would receive it by the next day or Monday the 6th but have not received a reply. I understand things happen but a company like this should have an efficient Customer Service Department if they receive payments...I will cancel this through my card company if I don't hear back by tomorrow.

UPDATE: They responded to my text and email and shipped the chair right away, it is nice and very comfortable and they made sure to communicate every step of it being shipped until it was delivered...I will change this review to 5*

Better than the Box Store Chair by Far

I purchased a chair from a box store, a gaming chair that looked and promised to be a replacement for a 10-year old ergonomic chair I could not replace as the company had gone out of business.

The chair from the box store was a piece of junk.

I searched online and found the Kerdom chair, read some reviews, watched a video and decided to make a purchase on Monday.

Somehow the shipping address was incorrect. I texted the support number and received a reply immediately saying they would correct the shipping address.

I sent an email as well, and the reply had the new shipping address noted on my order.

The tracking information came quickly and two days later the chair was in my residence.

Using a screw gun with an allen wrench bit, I assembled the chair in about 20 minutes. The quality of the parts is far superior to the box store chair.

I had only one minor issue with one bolt not aligning with a hole while putting the base on the chair bottom, but I was able to re-align the bolt and hole.

Other than that, the assembly went well, the chair sits well, moves well and I'm extremely pleased with the price I paid and the chair I have.

ORDER #KD6681

So i ordered the 9070 office chair on 4/8/24 on the kerdom website, and became suspicious when my credit card alerted me to an international order being placed (payment was sent to France), but the customer service info places the company in LA county in CA. Today is 4/15/24 and my order still has not shipped. I tried to call on Friday but it went right to VM where i got a message saying the inbox was full. After spending a week reading reviews for orders directly from the website, I'm beginning to think I've been scammed. I will try again today to reach out, but if I don't get an answer or a response today I will dispute the charge with my CC and get my refund that way (since according to reviews trying to do this thru kerdom itself is a headache). The unfortunate thing is that I really want the chair I ordered. Guess once I get my refund I'll have to order it thru Amazon.

Do NOT order your chair from their website. I wish I would have read the reviews before hand because I would have ordered it from Amazon to begin with instead.

Edit. I have tried again to call today. This time it actually rang, but again went to VM where I got the same message saying the inbox is full. I have sent a text as well. We'll see how this pans out, but it doesn't bode well.

Edit #2. I wrote everything before this on 4/15/24. About 15 minutes after I finished writing the first edit I received a phone call. The man on the other end of the line was definitely a French man, confirming that my payment was taken by a French company. He assured me that it was a mistake, that the warehouse was just really busy, and that my order would be shipped out that day, to be received in 4-5 business days. So I agreed not to contact my bank to dispute the charge for the chair. I was sent a FedEx tracking number not long after that and figured they had made everything right. Well today is Friday 4/19/24. And I received A chair today. Only problem is the chair I received isn't THE chair I ordered. I ordered the 9070 with thickened lumbar support and I received the 999. On top of that, both the chair I ordered AND the one I got are advertised on the website as having 360° adjustable armrests (adjustable up, down, forward, backward, and side to side), but the ones that came in the box are only adjustable up and down. I have sent a text and an email (cus the phone number still goes to a VM with a message that it is full, and the website says to text if there is no answer) to see what type of resolution can be worked out, so we'll see what happens. But at this point I don't have much faith in the outcome. I feel like I will be stuck with a chair I didn't order (so hopefully I end up liking it, as it doesn't look too bad on the website), and i will be surprised if and actually favorable resolution will come of this. Still one star.

If you want one of these chairs: ORDER IT FROM AMAZON, that way at least you have a better chance at getting what you ordered, on time and accurate, with Cust. Service that will get you some sort of good outcome if things go bad with the seller.

Support doesnt reply

Dont even know if i was scammed... My order received that they were sending the chair but my direction was not okay... (Even though i was able to see my home in their own website map on the order) I sent them the data again and after 6 days I am still waiting. Wrote them several emails, sent dm on instagram and facebook and still waiting...

I'll try to ask the bank for a refund but dont ever buy anything from them in his own website. I dont know amazon... but his own... RUN
