I had a very disappointing experience with this sauna stove retailer. After placing and paying for my order on September 4th, I received no confirmation or update for several days. When I tried to follow up by phone, the person who answered did not introduce themselves and was extremely unprofessional—telling me to stop calling and to read the delivery conditions, then insisting I put any questions in writing.
I emailed as instructed, but only received a generic, impersonal response stating that my order would be processed once payment was made (which it already was). After sending payment confirmation, I never heard back. The stoves eventually arrived almost a month after purchase, but throughout the process, I was left uncertain whether my order would actually be fulfilled or if I had lost a significant amount of money.
Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer care was deeply concerning. I would caution others to be very careful before purchasing from this retailer.
