I LOVED ordering veg from here. Always fresh and tasty... and then they switched up to their loyap customers. No longer offer nationwide delivery and no longer 30pound minimum now its 100. I would order again if they let me but they want money. Good luck lmao

There products are not fresh. Previously frozen.
Cancelled my order, no explanation.
So we decided to go away early as my grandma was ill, but then they delivery.it.
Stale by the time we got home.
Absolutely awful.
Please avoid. You will be deeply disappointed

I was trying to buy online, first it is saying £30 minimum spend for stranded free delivery. After it add another £9.95 on the top. wedsite is so misleading.

bought a £20 box and paid £5 delivery.
For £20, i received
2 heads broccoli
1 medium size cauliflower
bunch of leafed carrot
4 red onion
4 apples
prepack green grape
1 blueberry punnet small
4/5 satsuma
i think 1 other thing also.

the quality is good, but seriously £20 for that. i’m my greengrocer that would cost at least half, probably around £8-£9

Take time to shop local, it’s the best way.

Awesome. Ordered a couple of times and never disappointed. Items arrive quickly and the cheese is always kept cool, delighted.

I can't thank Kerry's enough for getting us through the lock downs. Delicious food at reasonable prices delivered free despite the high demand at the time. Sadly they have now gone national. I felt the personal touch was kind of not as prominent as before and on quite a few occasions I had to contact them as something wasn't quite right . Unfortunately I've had to stop using then as with the cost of living crisis it's got more expensive and is now £5 courier delivery only. Very sad as I loved receiving my boxes.

I placed an order via the website and then somehow deleted the email telling me what I'd ordered and when it was being delivered. The staff at kerrysfresh.co.uk could not have been more helpful. There was one substitute, but it was sensible and I was asked if I wanted it - which was great. The items were delivered exactly when they were meant to be, and they were in excellent condition. Because I'm a simpleton, I was confused by two DPD notifications - the order was in two boxes - and I phoned again and, again, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

I would recommend this company to everyone. Could not be happier with the service I have received, and the very kind and helpful staff who guided me through the maze of my own stupidity!

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I ordered a selection of specialty cheeses, I was sent several “substitutes” that were completely different inferior cheeses with no communication from the company,
When I complained I was told it was in their T&C To substitute “similar” products, but I received totally different types of cheaper cheeses. The company is now just ignoring my emails and eventually refunded only the difference in prices. It wasn’t until I complained that they offered this refund, otherwise would have just sent cheaper ‘substitute’ products.
I’m now left with lots of cheeses I didn’t order and don’t want but have paid for and a scamming company that are ignoring my emails.

Made my first order with high expectations having heard good things about this service. My delivery did not arrive on the Monday, as arranged. The delivery company tracking eventually said the package was returned to sender. On contacting Kerrysfresh the next day they informed me that the delivery company had damaged the package so returned it, unfortunately they would be unable to fulfil the order now. Got on to Tesco and managed to book a delivery for the next day (Wednesday). In the evening (enjoying our takeaway!) I found I had an email from Kerrysfresh apologising for the issue and stating that they would "package a new one which we will deliver tomorrow". Back on to Tesco to cancel order.
Tomorrow comes....no delivery. Another takeaway!
