Paid a premium for new trainers that were sold out at the manufacturers as well as “proper” sports shops and websites. Received a used pair of trainers, even though they were sold as new and on the new part of their website. Managed to get a refund after chasing several times. But they didn’t refund the postage I paid and have ignored my email requesting it. Didn’t get an apology for selling me second hand trainers. Would never buy from them again

My name is Kingsb bang and I ordered this on 30-31st of December and it hasn’t been sorted.

I ordered a supreme jumper and pay for it 250 £ when I receive the order the package was open and the jumper was just in folie bag. Very poor packaging and not responding from customer service.
