Unfortunately DPD was chosen for home delivery but every time DPD just drops it at their depot and you have to collect it yourself. DPD never even attempts to deliver at your home address. You might as well buy it at the physical shop.

I ordered two items via de online store. These were shipped out pretty quickly and I received tracking codes from DPD. Then everything went wrong. Since I had had bad experiences with DPD with other deliveries, I requested a redirection of my packages to one of their pick-up points. Then the courier missed a delivery due to the pick-up point being closed. Next business day delivery only one of the packages got delivered to... my first given address and NOT the pick-up point. The other package was NOT delivered at all, not to my address nor to the pick-up point.
To make matters worse, the delivered item was faulty and would not light up. So I made the decision to return this item, even though I had to pay return costs.
When I mailed IAAC about this problem, they answered quite bluntly that the packages were correctly delivered according to the track & trace of DPD.
Ehrm, no, they were not.
Now they've asked me to fill in a DPD document regarding this delivery/non-delivery, but reading the small print, this is not my responsibility and is actually theirs.
I wonder if I will see any refund and or correct reply from their customer service.
Will not be ordering/buying from them again, not with this kind of (non)service.

I was a bit reluctant to order but my package arrived to Ireland very quickly. All items were packed carefully. The customer service was brilliant. The quality of the decorations is exactly as you see on the website photos. I would recommend as I could not fault anything! I will be ordering again.

The ornaments I ordered arrived well packed and, since they came via DPD, I was kept well informed on their progress. The baubles were as exactly as described and looked just like the pictures on the website. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Ordered on line and shipping was to the UK. The item was was sent out by DPD delivery from Europe as I received a tracking number on the email receipt and I appreciate Christmas is a busy period but it arrived very fast to the UK and the product looks better than on the website. The packaging was perfect and overall I am very happy with the whole experience from ordering to delivery. I will be ordering again soon. I highly recommend this business. Thank you.

The entire experience from this company has been appalling.

Ordered baubles that when they arrived looked nothing like the website. The baubles were cheap looking and some were falling apart.

When I contacted customer service, the agent wasn’t in the least bit interested. The email took almost 2 weeks to reply and by that stage they wanted to send replacements, however they wouldn’t have arrived before Christmas which meant they would have been no use.

Asked for a refund and was told no. I then had to email back and forth over multiple days to demand a return and refund. Once this was agreed the company failed to mention the need for a customs form. After another 4 emails and 3 days they then emailed them but refuse to tell us any of the information that is required to process.

Do not use- pathetic service

Placed a order on 6 december, today I get a email it's delivered! No it was not , also the delivery company say they are lying 🤥 , you can send emails what you want no response, you can call what you want no response! All this good comments are fake I spend 300€ and have nothing for Christmas, then finally I get a email if I don't stop saying bad words in my emails they don't want to do business, haha pls I will come to your shop and believe me you will pay me back 100% ! Don't order here , but for sure they will regret to trick me

After reading these reviews and seeing this company has a very poor rating, I was extremely worried about my order. I spent over £100 on glass baubles and at £30 a box, I wouldn't say that's cheap. I ordered on the 27th November and they arrived today 5th December which is extremely quick considering they're coming from the Netherlands. I was very nervous about opening the box as other reviews state they are nothing like their pictures online and appear cheap. However, they were exactly as advertised. Very carefully packaged too. I haven't opened the boxes as yet, but they look beautiful and no signs of damage! Very happy with my order.

Customer service was easy to use for me. refund for item damaged in transit was actioned within 48 hours of contact.
Didn’t realise items came from Netherlands and hadn’t read the Lethe reviews.
Items are same quality as you’d get in a supermarket Christmas selection, but a little cheaper.

Placed an order in november, item arrived faulty and not fit for purpose. Contacted company and after several messages back and forth & over a few days i was told a new one would be sent out. This did not happen. When i contacted again i was told the parcel was sent back to them they would resend it!! I have asked for tracking on several occasions, no reply!! Christmas will be past by the time i receive replacement, if i ever receive it!!! Shocking customer service!!

Bought a tree with lights. Black Friday sale. The company shipped one without, and does not have the tree I bought anymore. I can keep the tree I have but will only receive the difference. That is quite unsatisfactory

Don’t order from this site. Products not as described!! Ordered x5 60cm stockings. Arrived nothing like the photo and only 46cm long. Absolutely horrendous quality, a monkey could make better.

Very bad service,. I have ordered the Xmas decors from the beginning of the month. It said on the website that it will be delivered after one week. I was very excited about it. However, till now, I have no idea where my box is. My Xmas tree is still empty till now. Impossible to find the status of the order. When you call them, only automatic reply that "if you don't hear from us, meaning that we have not shipped it". The website looks beautiful but the service is horrible. Should avoid it

No issues here. Good choice of decorations, correct prices, and I recieved what I ordered quickly and without damage. I will re-use it if I need.

Beware if you order from this company as they cannot give you an update when your order will ship because "this depends upon all kinds of factors" apparently.

They only quote how long DHL will take to deliver once they have processed your order "as quickly as they can pick it and prepare it".

After you order your account just says "processing" all the time. You then discover its not possible to cancel your order.

Don't be fooled by a great looking website, read their FAQ very carefully.

The website I ordered from looked like I was ordering from a UK company but the company are based in the Netherlands.
