This clothing is not quality.No instructions on how to return, I went on Facebook a di found their customer service helpline which is... I am finally able to get in touch with the company care team finally they help to get my return instructions and refund !!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. Live and learn.I would order them bigger but it takes weeks to get them !!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery took forever and the cloth quality is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer beware! The dresses were a different material than expected. Returning them for a full refund will not happen. I tried and tried to get my money back,

First, shipping. It took much longer than expected and promised. One item I ordered was backordered and a reprensentative stated they would send the items that were ready. However, they did not send the items as stated, they waited for the 3rd item to be ready. Second, the photos on the website do not accurately reflect what was sent. Yes, colors and patterns were the same however, the photos on the website do not show that the fabric of the items ordered have a shiny sheen. The photos make the garments look like they are not shiny, satiny materials. Third, there is a 30 day money back guarantee on the website which their customer service is not responsive to. If you look at item reviews on the website, there are no negative reviews. In fact, when prompted to leave a review of Kertha, if you click that you've had a negative experience and you'd like to review, it won't let you leave a review.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Material is an awful rayon, fit is inconsistent. If you try to refund the clothes, you will get a runaround. I spent US$88 on my clothing and after weeks of emails back and forth haggling over my return, they refunded me US$44. It was ridiculous!!!

Ordered two dresses. They are made of a rayon like material. I love one of the dresses! The other one is too small and has been impossible to return. they want me to pay them before they send a return address. Seems sketchy. I will not order from them again.

Please do not order from this company. They make poor quality products, delivery takes a few months, and they are extremely difficult to work with regarding returns. Buyer Beware!

More shipping info - would have been helpful to have more information re: shipping timelines prior to ordering. Items took 7-10 days to ship, then several weeks en route.

Terrible quality. Not cotton of any sort, despite the description. Fit is awful.

I made 3 requests to return all my items and still no one has reached out to me.
Clothing was thin and see through, material was cheap. It looked nothing like the pictures.

Despite shipping taking long (which was expected) I am happy with my dresses. Material is light and nice, length and form is fitting for size.
