No Onboarding Zero Training

Proceed With Caution
Kesco will hire you, pump you up, tell you not to worry about not having experience in their industry. They say you will learn, you will “get it”. They will teach you. The first day you show up for work, everything changes. There is no onboarding and zero training. In fact if you ask for help you find out that your supervisor has instructed the other employees not to help you. You are set up for failure without being given a chance. If you want to be humiliated, deflated, unemployed, and kicked to the curb like garbage, take a job with Kesco Solutions. Otherwise seek employment elsewhere.
