Thought I would give this a go €7

Thought I would give this a go €7. On the app I clicked on shopping list. Didn't get shopping list then €24.95 taken. It didn’t say it costs more for shopping list and didn’t have to authorise it. Emailed them and they said cancelled subscription and I would get a refund. So I did. Told them I had done it and they said they don’t issue refunds. So now I can’t use the app and lost my money. Have emailed again and waiting for reply. I’m not hopeful.
