Brought my car in with a clutch issue and received exceptional service. Lucy at reception was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in helping. The whole business has a charming, family-run atmosphere that makes you feel instantly looked after. Truly top-tier service – highly recommend!

I’ve used KMC a number of times over the last 10 years and I’ve always found the service to be excellent. They are well priced and above all honest in their evaluation of what needs to be completed. You’ll struggle to find a better garage locally.

I have always been to KMC for anything I've needed with my car. I feel like the prices have always been fair and honest and I've never had a bad experience here. They're always really friendly which helps when you havent the first clue about cars.

KMC always provide excellent service which is why I go back every year for MOT, service and anything that may need sorting in between. If there’s ever an occasion when they cannot sort the problem they will always try to suggest solutions.

Have been to KMC for both routine MOTs as well as an issue with my car. They are very helpful over the phone, and assisted me really quickly in diagnosing and fixing any problems. Really friendly and approachable staff.

Really great place. Took car in for service, got a great price for it, couldn’t have asked for more. Car had a strange sound, took it in and Tim, the garage owner, gave it a listen and fixed the problem really quickly. Didn’t charge me for it either, really genuine and won’t con you!

Excellent service as always

Absolute joke as I was told 2 hours to have an air con re-gas. I wandered Kettering town centre to kill time. Got back after 2 hours to find the car untouched and they wanted another 1 hour more. What a bunch of clowns and a waste of my day off. Never use this garage again!

My partner bought a C4 Picasso in February and it has been nothing but trouble Paul has paid for 5 repairs so far but the car is still faulty has faults which were there from date of purchase he ignores calls he has paid for some repairs we'll just the parts which I have replaced and being in the motor trade myself I received no payment for my labour the car still has 3 faults and he fails to acknowledge them these faults were present from date of purchase I have asked for a contribution towards the parts needed to finish the car and get everything working and he just declines calls and will not respond would not recommend motor zone to any one we still haven't received a v5c registration certificate for it since February

I went in yesterday as there was an issue with my Kia, they saw me at relatively short notice and went out of there way to get me back on the road even though they were busy.
The service was really good and the staff were very friendly. I have just moved into the area and will be using this garage in future. Thanks for helping in my hour of need

Shocking customer service, a so called director spoke to me like I was spitting on him! Avoid at all costs, I won't be going back again!

Went in with flat (tyre nearly off rim) after being told by Halfords they couldn’t do anything for me couldn’t have been more helpful had a look and said if they didn’t have a tyre in stock they would change it for me (had space saver spare) luckily they managed to get hold of one they juggled a few jobs around and started on mine straight away as they knew I was in a hurry and sorted me out within the hour
