I have called them 3 times the 1st time they said they would get back to me nothing a year ago. the second time they sent someone round to measure up and nothing so I called again and the guy on the phone said the person that came round to measure up was away about 3 weeks ago and still nothing so in 2 years nothing. I am English living in Carmarthen area and I am sure it is because they are racist against us. Anyway that's it I have other windows I wanted them to do but NO!!! not by this company!!! I even have Assured Certificate from the previous owner but these are worth nothing!

Over 19 years ago the guys fitted my windows, I've had them back to fit more and do the fascia boards around my roof, with new guttering. Had a minor issue with one of my windows after all these years, called and the guys came out the next day to assess all my windows and make running general maintenance as screws will loosen over time. I have never once had a bad phone call or experience with anyone form Kevin Thomas. Highly recommended.

This company did a good job. Staff were very nice and work well completed.
They respected my home and treated it with care, protecting floors where appropriate.
I am very pleased with the replacement double glazing units and the sliding patio door.
I am happy to recommend this company and would be happy to employ them again.
