Chester resolved my issue in a short timely manner & was patient with my replies being as I was at work.

I emailed Kewlioo late today about processing an exchange for my vest to a larger size. Much to my surprise they responded within minutes. They gave me a couple options and I chose the 50% discount on a new, larger size. They set up the new order within minutes and all I had to do is process my credit card number.
Very quick and easy process unlike many other online stores.

The customer service with this company is 100%. I would definitely recommend this company and looking forward to buying more products!

I received the pants and jacket initially after placing an order online. I was excited to incorporate them both into my exercise routine. I read a number of positive reviews and couldn’t wait to jump right in. Unfortunately, I immediately noticed the threading was coming apart at the seam on the pants right out of the package. I reached out to customer support and spoke with Charity. She asked that I provide my order information and photographs showing the issue, which I did. She agreed that the pants were defective, so she shipped a replacement. About seven business days later I received the pants. They’re perfect! Thank you, Charity! You are awesome!
