KeyCafe has helped our key pick up process in so many ways! I was able to adapt the locker system to create a walk-in key pick up station for our many key holders (Higher Education Key Control Office), creating an entirely self-service system! This removed the need for paperwork and overwhelming busy work and has created a very efficient system for our key office! We are easily able to add and track keys. We are now implementing the same system at a different location. I'm loving the KeyCafe system! Staff was also super easy to work with and super friendly!! They are very attentive and have answered my questions quickly! Thank you!!!

Have had a great experience with setting up and using the KeyCafe at work. Set up went smooth, staff had no problems getting used to using it.

I would rate it perfectly, but they did have an outage at one point that completely restricted us from using the KeyCafe.

Keycafe' has improved dramatically the hotel's operation, it is saving us a lot of time when exchanging keys and the movements are easy to track

KeyCafe has been a huge help with managing keys for our fleet of news vehicles. It's so simple! Crews can quickly and easily check vehicles in and out and we're able to quickly locate who has a key when one is missing. And, the space in the cubbies for the keys is great because the vehicle key fobs aren't smashed like in some other systems we looked at.

A fantastic experience. Large enough to offer the excelling goods, small enough to still offer 1 on 1 service. As the key representative for our 6x smart box installation at a Prestigious vehicle accident repair centre, I have had a great deal of insight into this product and on behalf of the company, I can full recommend. Being an accident repair centre; we have around 60 cars on site at a time. Some are in for a few days, others months. Vehicles are often moved around throughout the repair process and tracking/storing our customers car keys in a secure and tracked manner is of the highest priority. KeyCafe enables me to keep a track on who last removed the key and provide controlled times for varying technicians of when they can have access to them. This is 1 of the many, many features with this product.

When things have gone wrong which is minimal in the 9 months since installation, it’s very easy to get hold of support. The outcome has usually been user error our end, but this has been educated to us to avoid it happening in the future.

A special shout out to Dimitri Galanos whom despite working on the success team, routinely checks in to ensure that everything is still running smoothly. He has also helped us with technical matters when learning the product and throughout, a real asset to the company and makes the whole experience a breeze.

We are very pleased with this system. We have managed to reduce the staff dedicated to key handover to zero. The system is very easy to use, and our students find it very convenient because they can pick up the keys at the time that suits them best.

They guy I spoke to was very patient with all my questions. Helped me at each step to setup my account and link my keys to my new Airbnb listing. He deserves to be promoted, I wish I could give him more than 5 stars for his excellent communication skills.
