This is the second time I've purchased a Windows 365 license at a price significantly lower than what Microsoft offered.
The process was very quick and without any problems.
Excellent!

Description and pic (and "original price") give the sensation it was a full game instead of its DLC.
Dissappointing.
Nevertheless, response was fast.

I bought a key for Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. It said on the game page that it was not region-locked and that I could activate it in my country (Brazil). But it is region-locked. I contacted support, they answered me but it has been almost a week and I didnt get another key. Feeling scammed, be careful.

I found this site through another website, stating Keysense was selling "kill it with fire (2)"for a better price.
Naturally, I clicked this one, get re-directed to the purchased and pay for it.
But then I notice I had the wrong game, they sold me the "kill it with fire (1)" using the search for the newest tittle (2).

Since there is no information other than the product on screen, but a small thumbnail of the game, I failed to notice it during the checkout.
(Sorry I never knew about this game, and I was in a hurry, so I couldn't tell the difference if I was purchasing the latest tittle or an older.)

The price was low, therefore I didn't bother contacting their help desk because, at the end of the day, it's my fault to not check I'm being scammed before I hit purchase button, and I had already redeemed my key.

Fiddling with the search results is not nice. Feel free to keep those 2 dollars, and don't bother to return it, I will never change this review.

At the beginning the key did not work because it was ‘already in use’. The customer service resolved the issue in two days.
So I give 4 star due to this inconvenient.

I’ve been a victim of the Nuro scams! The licenses are not genuine; they’re discontinued or blocked codes from Microsoft. I lost my money because PayPal now protects even the worst on the web. I protected myself by reporting everything to both Microsoft and the bank, and I filed a report with the authorities! Be careful—these people are just scammers, and these are NOT REAL licenses!

i bought fc26 steam account and they took my money without giving me the account info. my order number is #69215

I placed an order on Keycense and the payment was successfully processed on my end. I have the receipt, screenshots, and full proof of the transaction. Despite this, no product was ever delivered.

Their support is essentially non-existent. Every reply I received was a generic, automated message that ignored all the evidence I provided. I explained the situation clearly, sent proof multiple times, and they still repeated the same scripted line: “contact your bank.” They never addressed the actual issue and never attempted to resolve it.

In short: the payment went through, the product did not, and customer support does not help at all.

Extremely poor experience.

I bought a Key and once recieved it had already been redeemed! I felt cheated. However I moved on and contacted support about my issue. I was contacted by a "Mariane", she asked for proof of the code that was already used, along with my accounts order history and my Subscription list. Which I provided in the forms of screenshots and NOTHING. 2 days without a reply, they've taken my money and are looking like not to provide me with a key or my money bank.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I will also be reporting them to websites that advertise their services such as AllKeyShop as they are very poor Key providers.

This is a scam store, stay away. My credit card was charged and the key was not delivered. The order was not registered in my account and there's no way to contact support.

Octopath Traveler for Switch for only €12.23, immediate refund right after purchase... My wife and I tried to buy the game from two accounts using different payment methods - same situation. Unprofessional approach or data theft?

Very bad and misleading practice: often when you buy a product at an ok price, they automatically refuse and refund the order. The price is still the same on the website, which means that it has not changed and there is an option to order again. If you order again, same story. They return the money, which is not in dispute, but no one will ever return the card payment fee (which accumulates very fast if you try to order multiple times). In the end, you don't get the products, and you have less money in your bank account.

I don't usually buy accounts, but giving me all the information needed for the account was the best
