Based on setting the motor has 2 behaviours
1- It cannot make steep hills without torque sensor. Motor got very hot and stopped working
OR
2- It can make steep hills with max 400 watt (not 500 as we agreed on) and it cannot drive flat street. See please the link of the video.
The motor reduces the power after 10 seconds without any reason. It can reach a speed of 12 to 17 km/h. A normal ebike with 250 watt can reach 25 km/h on flat street.
We did a lot of tries and we lost of a lot of time. All of them were not successfully
Note please that the motor is new developed and it could have childhood diseases
2 times has the seller confirmed that I will get my money back. Till today I am waiting for my money

Der Motor hat zwei Verhalten je nach Einstellung
1- Der Motor unterstützt den Fahrer auf flache Strassen. Auf Steilen Bergen stoppt er wegen Überhitzung Oder
2- Der Motor kann steile Berge mit nur 400 Watt fahren. Auf flache Strasse bietet er fast keine Unterstützung. Die Leistung des Motors sinkt nach 10 Sekunden ab und man kann maximal 12 bis 17 km pro Stunde fahren.
Sehr viele Versuche wurden gemacht und alle sind gescheitert. Der Motor leistet nicht, was es verspricht. Per Chat in Wechat wurde mir zwei Mal bestätigt, dass ich mein Geld zurück erhalte.
