They have come on board and worked with what we already had in place, updated and incorporated it into their documentation and on-line portal system.
Their consultants and assessors are professional, yet have common-sense approach to health & safety.
The back-up support is always available and responses are quick and detailed.

Staff are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the advice given ensures your company complies with employment law and health and safety legislation.
As a small company they take away a lot of stress. Time is precious and not all of us have an HR Dept.
It's satisfying knowing that you have the back-up of professionals who provide everything that you need to keep within the law.

Needed part-time H&S cover on very short notice. Key were quick to respond and dealt with everything efficiently. Worked around our requirements and got things in place without any fuss.

I have used various companies over the years for my Heath and Safety and HR. Key have been the best all round. I get to speak to the same people who all know me and not just the next person to pick the phone up as in a big firm. The advise and back up is second to non and all for a very reasonable monthly fee. Would definitely recommend.

Very good and thorough company. We used Key Safety Solutions more 5 years. Mark Howell was our contact & officer and he was always helpful, professional & friendly. The only issue to note would be that the fees are quite heavy for a small business such as ours.

Good quality info given when required also great staff to assist you always ready to help very friendly great to deal with.

We are completely satisfied with the service provided by KSS.
We have a retaining contract in place for the provision of Health, Safety and HR core services. We initially signed up for 1 year however upon renewal this year, we were so happy overall that we signed up for 3 years.
In the event that we require advice and support, all staff within KSS are approachable and accommodating.

All that i hoped for when we joined forces.
Where and if small issues arrive KSS are willing to listen and implement changes to help.

My companies have worked with Key Safety Solutions for a number of years now. In that time I have always had excellent service and the advice given has reflected a realistic approach to the whole Health and Safety scenario, which can be a little daunting without a dedicated in house department.

I value KSS sound practical advice

We took up the health and safety aspect KSS offer due to not having a great time with our previous advisers. Since being with KSS we have a bigger understanding of the health and safety and have been able to implement the correct procedures that work with our company.
Our adviser, Ian, is competent enough to leave to his own devises which wasn't possible with the previous company so there is less strain on myself to ensure i am here. Its great knowing that he is at the end of a phone at all times, or even email if we have any questions or concerns.

If we need too we would certainly not think twice about taking up KSS's HR advisory due to the excellent service we have had so far for the H&S.

We would most certainly recommend this company to any one, they are fantastic.
