awful

just spent almost 1 hour of my time on a support line, nearby the kiosk, trying to resolve issue with dropped keys, that were not registered in the system, because badly trained staff. dreadful experience.

Keynest states that Smoobu integration website.

Keynest states that Smoobu is integrated with they key management system on the website, for check in's. This is incorrect, Keynest support said the website was out of date. This review is based on the 4/09/2025.

Please do not purchase there service, if you are considering this feature. I advise them to updated the website to provide the correct information.
