So ,many apologies to this company, I bought the Microsoft Office 2024 at a bargain price march 2026 ,I unfortunately couldn't get it to work so I gave them a one star review ,I now have sorted the issue out mainly because I didn't read the instructions correctly, anyway all good im the end and definitely worth it top product

My car computer indicated the remote key battery needed replacing . I. Replaced 2 batteries. Remote dead . Sent to tech.service. They found no problem. Returned to me . Refunded the £69 charge without hesitation. The service I Received was excellent in every respect. I have no hesitation in recommending keynow services . First rate .

Messed about having the key delivered to Timsons to have it cut and programmed. I called into Timpsons on the off chance that they might have have delivery as keynow had no idea where my key was. Told by the manager at Timpsons that he couldn't do Nissan keys. He has told them 3 times this week with other customers Nissan keys that his machine will not programme them. I was told I would have to take the key to another store to get it sorted out. No prepared to do that. Asked for a refund that will take a few days to arrive in my account. A week being messed about. Never again. Avoid and save yourself loads of hassle.

No hassle key repair. Sent on frisya, received back on Thursday. Great service. Key repair good quality, glad I didn't opt for full replacement, saved some cash.

Ordered new coded key by post on Monday, it was delivered, set up and running on Tuesday. Wonderful service. Great value. Good quality key, once I glued the Ford badge on you would never know.
Chose to pair the key myself. Plugged the provided device into the car, then followed the clear steps. Had to complete a couple of steps again to get buttons to operate correctly, but after 10 minutes both new and original keys were working as they should. So very pleased with such a good quality item and such amazing service. Totally recommended.

Blank key delivered to local timpsons. He was very helpful and it took about 15 minutes with the vehicle and his equipment to programme the new key. All works fine and the Timpsons guy was excellent.

I would give minus avoid this excuse for a company that take your money and fob you off with a load of lies.

Used the KeyNow Machine, branded with Timpsons in Hedge End B&Q to cut 3 keys. Got them back home and none worked. Receipt said to go to a local Timpsons if there are issues. I did this and was told the machines are always spitting out the wrong keys. The guy at Timpsons replaced the keys for me with the correct key. Will stick to a human cutting keys next time.

Great experience with keynow, both buttons had disintegrated. Sent off and was back a couple of days later with the old body and the new key complete and perfect. Over the moon for half the price if we had gone to the dealer.

Your key will come back from KeyNow in the exact same condition you sent it to them in and they will not respond to any attempt at contact.

This is basically a £70 scam.

Wow quick delivery of key and pairing device bit annoying that there's no instructions included but 5 mins of messing and it works and I have central locking again 2 days from ordering to working well impressed thanks 👍

Ordered a replacement key and ended up in a computer that says no situation. An absolute shambles, got stuck in an exchange of emails with the ludicrously named Customer Services.
I threw the towel in at the end and asked for a refund.
Not worth the hassle pay the extra and go to the main agent. The one star was only given so I could leave this review.

I ordered a key from them in March and I am still waiting. When I contact them they just pass me on to the agent in Basingstoke who say that they can not program the key. I have had to threaten them with legal action for them to say they would give me a refund, but only when they get the key back from there agent. Not my problem right? DO NOT use these guys!

The company uses Timpsons shoe repair. Paid for a replacement key and waited over a month with no response from Timpsons. KeyNOW stated the key had been delivered to shop. Timpsons stated no key had been received. KeyNOW then stated they will sort it out and further stated my key will be at shop in a few days. Waited and contacted shop who once again stated that they had not received the key. After informing KeyNOW of my frustration they stated the shop doesn't programme keys. For me to pick up key and take it to another shop. No apology. No name on emails...Would not recommend to anyone.

Recommend by Timpsons. Waited 15 days just to have the visit cancelled 3 times during this.

Waiting to see if they actually refund me now.

This is the first time I've used keyNOW.
My experience of the layout of the website was a little confusing at first, as I was trying to locate the section for entering the key and documents for my vehicle or instructions on the process almost put me off using KeyNOW.
After selecting the right key for my car and making the required payment, along with adding the necessary documents which was very easy to do. I then sat back and waited for my delivery, which arrived in two days.
I chose the option to program the key myself, with the OBD device with single use enclosed, which to my surprise was very easy. I followed the instructions which were supplied with the OBD device and now I have a new fully functional remote car key. If I find myself in the same situation again I will not hesitate to use KeyNOW again.

I sent my key off a month ago.
It worked for one day. I've been trying to get it sorted for the last three weeks but no phones are ever answered or emails replied to.

Excellent service from ordering the key on their easy to navigate website to receiving the spare key in just 2 days.
Paired it myself - but didn't work first time. After turning on the engine and trying it a 2nd time it worked perfectly.

Would like to give a huge thanks to Wayne at keynow he was early this morning by 30 mins arrived at 8:30 was due 9:00 onwards

He knocked on the door was very polite to my uncle and myself we gave him the key and off he went to sort my car he kept us updated of what he was doing etc and always said 20 mins and will give another update which he did do he explained everything he done to get the car started and I couldn’t be happier iv been waiting 2 weeks to drive my little banger again and he’s made my day thankyou so much Wayne you done a smashing job incredible and if this happens again I will be requesting for yourself to work on the car again haha. Great worker nice guy to chat with while he’s doing his job. Thankyou so much Wayne perfect job today thankyou 😁😁 all the best
