More bother than it's worth.
I payed for a key and it took them some time before they got back to me, which was fine, but throughout that time i had changed my mind and asked for a refund, which they said they could do or give me the key...i was happy that they had responded and offered. But it's been 10 days since and after 3 emails asking where my refund is, i still have no reply or refund. So either they are having serious internet issues or they are deliberatly ignoring me. Lousy customer service and experience overall.

A good company run by honest people
I am very impressed by their customer service. I made a mistake and typed my email incorrectly when I made my purchase. The customer service person, as well as another person (I think the manager), reached out to me and sent my key to my paypal email. I am very happy that I used this site, these guys are honest.
If you order a key during their working hours, you will get it very fast.
