Quiero advertir a otros usuarios sobre mi experiencia con este sitio. Realicé la compra de un producto digital y la clave que me entregaron ya había sido reclamada/canjeada previamente, lo cual hace que el producto sea totalmente inservible.
He intentado contactar con su equipo de soporte en repetidas ocasiones para solicitar una solución o el reembolso de mi dinero, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta por ninguno de sus canales. Es una página que no es verídica, carece de ética profesional y no es de confiar. Mi recomendación es evitar cualquier transacción con ellos para no perder su dinero como me sucedió a mí.
