The product appears to be robustly constructed and will provide better security that other less expensive brands on the market. The supplied template made mounting on a brick wall straightforward. I had to read the instructions a couple of times to be sure that I knew how to enter the code, but it is not difficult. The water resistant cover is reassuring that the buttons are protected from the worse of the weather. A good price with the discount code purchased directly from Key Safe. Delivery was fast. I recommend this product.

Appreciate the simple selection, clarity about levels of security and helpful guidance provided over the phone. After purchasing the safe arrived next day. Good experience and worth the few extra pennies over purchasing from anywhere else (and as far as I could tell, it really was a marginal difference price-wise).

We’re pleased we were able to arrange a replacement for you, however we completely understand your frustration regarding the additional installation costs involved, especially considering your circumstances.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a removal service for existing key safes. Our installation partners are specifically trained and insured to install new key safes only, and not to remove existing units from properties. This is because older or third-party key safes can vary significantly in how they have been fitted, and removal can sometimes cause damage to brickwork, render or surrounding surfaces. For safety, liability and insurance reasons, our installers are therefore unable to carry out removals.

Solid and secure
The website was easy to use and gave clear and concise descriptions to enable you to choose which model meets your requirements. Delivery was prompt and the installation followed quickly. Had problems setting up the combination keys and the customer service were very helpful. Feels very secure and solid and is easy for users to use.
