It's all good
The product is great. The construction is solid, the appearance displays strength and overall the Key-safe emits might. Just the kind of expression required if the Safe is exposed, and open to view.
The 'fitting of' and the 'setting up' of the Safe came with clear operating instructions.
Also the package was delivered remarkably quickly, thank you, to the delivery service involved.

Our front cover was broken , I made a phone call to key safe chatted to a lovely lady who got a replacement out in the post promptly , was only £10 which I thought was brilliant including post ! Thank you John

Mounted on stuccoed wall so long screws used.
The Rawplugs supplied were difficult to put in place, suggested drill bit was not really quite thick enough, requiring me to enlarge the hole which then led to Rawplug slipping in hole - all very frustrating, but safe now successfully installed.

We’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the key safe itself, but sorry to hear the installation was a bit of a battle. That definitely sounds frustrating, especially when things don’t quite line up as expected with the drill bit and plugs.
You’re absolutely right – most customers do find the installation straightforward, so it’s really helpful to hear where things didn’t quite go to plan in your case. Stuccoed walls can sometimes add an extra layer of challenge, but it certainly shouldn’t have felt like a DIY obstacle course! 🧱🔧
That said, fair play for sticking with it and getting everything securely installed in the end – that’s the main thing (and hopefully no more wrestling with wall plugs anytime soon! 😅)

Great purchase Experience but Installation was a shambles
I purchased the ark Tamo™ Maximum Security Key Safe with additional fitting as my wall is rendered. The purchase experience was great and i have no complaints. I also purchased the pro installation as i needed it quickly done to enable my Mum's carers to enter the property. This part was problematic as the communication wasn't great between the company performing the installation, myself and The key Safe Company. I had to chase up multiple times to find out when the installation was going to happen. It then got cancelled and then got delayed and each time i had to chase instead of TKSC managing the process

Having to chase for updates, deal with cancellations, and experience delays is far from the smooth, secure setup we aim to provide – especially when you needed it done quickly. That’s not the level of service we expect for our customers, and I completely understand your frustration.
We really appreciate you highlighting this, as it helps us tighten things up behind the scenes and make sure future installations don’t go off the rails. While we’re glad the key safe itself is doing the job and keeping things secure! 🔐, we know the journey to get there should have been much better.

Heavy, well constructed and secure.
Knowing the quality from a previous purchase, I ordered my second C500 keysafe and it was delivered the next day. Clear instructions, helpful online video .. and it was fitted easily and swiftly. And then easy to contact my local Ambulance Trust and have the code we have set recorded with them.
