Keyshop3d 

A so called unlimited license (which worked well in the last year) seems to be expired in the new year. Not even a response to an open ticket after now 6 days of waiting. Direct contact to the provided mail adress not possible. Really poor customer service. Absolut no recommendation.

Ordered a 3-year license, received a 1-year license. No response to Email.

Only put one star because I had to. Placed an order on January 3, did it as a guest, didn't create an account. Filled out what I needed and added my email address for them to send me the confirmation and other info, still have not received any email from them, but they took the money. When the transaction passed, it was labled as ISOFTPLAN-IT, not Keyshop2d, or 3d. Tried to email them multiple times (probably 10 times) and all of them bounced back as -
Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. Tried to create an account with the same email I ordered the software with, received a Congratulation you created an account. Replied to that email, still bounced as address not found. So, I am out $400 CAD, and no software, which I really need.

It is a scam. We have purchased two Revit Licences at a reduced price. This licences are for older versions of revit, therefore the reduced cost, or at least that is what we thought. At first everything seemed legit since they correctly assigned the purchased products to my personal Autodesk Account. Within a month i started having issues reading the license and customer support is nowhere to be found. At the beginning of the year I received a notification saying the license is no longer available. Now I see the website has been taken down and hundreds of euros are now lost. Customer support is terrible, they never replied to a sinlge email.

I highly recommend keyshop3d, AutoCad runs well.

I bought a Fusion360 License. The website claimed this to be a license also for commercial use. This was to replace the much more expensive license I had directly from Autodesk. However, after I got the activation mail, there is nolicense visible on my account. Also the support desk from Autodesk could not find anything. Keyshop3D responded to my question explained that it was a service but was not able to tell me how to transition from the old license to the new one. Also apparently all my existing models would not be available with the license they sold me. So I will go back to buying from Autodesk to be save. I requested a refund for obvious reason and am waiting for response. I would very much suggest that KeyShop3D changes the wording on the shop or enhances the FAQ page. So my overall experience was not bad but i did not get what i wanted. Depending on the outcome of the return request I might have to alter this view.

I asked for an official invoice twice in 10 days but still got no answer to my e-mails. In that time I got asked for my feedback twice. So here we go…

Unfortunately the shop could not provide the Autocad license. If purchased with Autocad, the product is available instantly. Keyshop3D could not do that in 2 hours.
