DO NOT BUY FROM KEYSMIX!
07.06.2023 I purchased a Office 365 lifetime subscription licence, that stopped working after 8-9 months. When contacting keysmix, they ask for 3 more euros to get a new account when I have already purchased a lifetime subscription licence.
When licence stops working you just get bad explanations about prices increased on licences that you have already paid for lifetime. It is probably like others write, they sell from volume licenses, and when they are full, you are kicked out, and they try to resell.

I purchased Microsoft Office 365 (5 lic).
Is this Windows 365 Pro a full function product?

- Lot of problem to logon.
- Can't attach Onedrive to my pc thru explorer, only use the web interface
- Can't upload files to Onedrive. Only save Office files created on the Office web on Onedrive.
- Onedrive is only 50 GB not 5TB
- The license is connected to the organisation: Ormesby. Why?

They are a scam. I bought the office 365 license 9 months ago and it doesn't work anymore.
I requested their support and initially they did not respond. After insisting, they asked me to pay 3 euros more because the license now cost 11 euros and no longer the 8 euros I paid 9 months ago (actually I paid 10 euros but they don't even know that). That is like blackmail, that is, if in 6 months they raise the cost of your license, they will ask for money again to be able to continue with the service. There is NO such thing as a lifetime license, they will always ask for money.
Ah! and they respond like robots asking for money. They sent me the same response 2 times even though I asked them valid questions about their "service". This was their response:
"hello sir, do i send you invoice to pay the difference and send you new one, you have lifetime warranty on the price you pay before 8 euro, now it cost 11 euro + vat difference is 3 euro"

Look at the recent comments, there are already many people scammed

This People respond this way when you make a fair claim "and you are just wasting your time , no matter what you say , you have option to pay difference or pay on another store"

It's amazing how many lies they can tell:

- I purchased the Office 365 license for a total price of 8.99 euros on May 22, 2023. It stopped working on March 15. It worked for less than a year

- In the description of their offer they indicate that it is a lifetime license. They DO NOT indicate that there would be additional payments when you think of it or that it will stop working before the year

- I have NO need to give me anything for FREE or threaten to leave a bad review. That's your way of operating. . I have read other reviews where you ask for a good review in exchange for fixing the customer's problem.

Purchased office 365 pro, after a few months it couldn't be used anymore. Customer service does not reply.
In addition, they lie openly....communication difficult.

I purchased Microsoft Office 365 (5 lic) with life time warranty. NOW, in 8 months, stopped acess/login to Microsoft Office site. And now after 10 months the preinstalled 2 licenses also has stopped working (Microsoft is asking new activation).
I informed KeysMix by Whatsapp, NO response.
NB: KeysMix contacted... asking more money.

I got problems with installation due to matters related to previous license key which was fake! so Jass helped me to solve everything... I really appreciated her.

Phone number was not answered due to technical issues. e-mail support request was delayed, yet the end result was positive. I guess I was not human at all thinking AI would solve my request, while it was solved by a human being.

No contestaron el número telefónico por problemas técnicos y la respuesta por correo electrónico fue demorada. Sin embargo no fui consciente al pensar que se trataba de IA quien atendería mi compra, cuando en realidad fue un Ser Humano. El resultado final fue muy positivo.

The key doesn't arrive in 10 minutes. Mine took 2 hours to arrive, but leaving that apart, extremely great service and cheap keys.
100% Recommended.

Paid and in short time arrived activation code , activation was successful but shortly something went wrong and activation was required again by office app but code is only for one activation. So i lost it , so i just wrote to support keysmix.com , they aswered and asked me for anydesk remote acces and checked all , issue was in my windows account . ATTENTION LOG OUT SWITCH OFF your personal microsoft account before office app Activation. So support just gifted me another activation code and all is working well . Thanks a lot !
