Comparing private healthcare in the UK used to mean opening five or six different hospital and clinic websites, none of which price things the same way, and trying to work out who actually charges what. Keystone was built to fix that. Search a service, whether that's a GP appointment, an MRI scan, a dermatology consultation or something more specific like private mole removal, add your postcode, and see every nearby clinic in one ranked list: price, distance and patient rating side by side. There's no referral needed to search or compare, and no cost either. The site currently covers clinics across London and the surrounding Surrey and West Sussex towns, spanning fourteen types of appointment from GP visits and physiotherapy through to cardiology, gynaecology, ENT, ophthalmology and therapy sessions. Every clinic on Keystone publishes the prices shown, so what you see is what the clinic itself has quoted, not an estimate. The gap Keystone is trying to close is a real one. NHS patients in England currently wait a median of 12.5 weeks for routine treatment, and the longest-waiting eight percent wait well over 38 weeks. Private care can mean being seen within days, but only if you can actually find and afford a clinic near you, and until now that meant hours of manual research across scattered, inconsistently formatted price pages. Keystone puts that comparison in one place. Alongside the comparison tool, Keystone publishes plain-English cost guides explaining what different private appointments and procedures actually cost in the UK, since even people who aren't ready to book yet often just want a straight answer to how much something costs. Those guides pull from real prices listed by clinics on the platform rather than vague estimates. Keystone is still growing. More clinics and locations are being added regularly, and the pricing shown always reflects what clinics have actually published, not a modelled estimate.
