This is a legit site, and the key works perfectly. The checkout process was a bit low-budget and initially the option to submit my credit card info didn't pop up, but I re-tried things and it all worked out later. The keys are clearly provided manually by a person, you don't get access to the key automatically after the purchase but get emailed the key shortly after (< 10 minutes in my case).

I bought windows 11 license. They granted one literally in few minutes, and it was workingwell. Activation was successful.

On 12/15/23 I ordered a software bundle that included Win11 Pro. As I was preparing to install Win11Pro on my new laptop which came pre-loaded with Win11 Home, I noticed in the fine print 'for clean install only'. My laptop was pre loaded with the OS and some software that i intended to use. I've sent 4 emails to Support@keysworlds explaining the situation and asking if I could get some help with a key for Win11 Pro *upgrade*. I've received no response at all after emailing them 4 times. To date = No response at all. Order #KSW-12000009614301
Update 01/11/24: After joining 'TrustPilot' and submitting my first review on 12/30/23- like 'magic' I received a response from Keysworlds on 01/02/24. They offered assistance- finally- and after a few e-mails back and forth we resolved the issue of the Win11home upgrade to Win11Pro Upgrade. Having been out of town without the involved laptop I was unable to complete the upgrade until yesterday 01/10/24.
With the information that I received from Keysworlds after my 1 star review and the assistance from Trustpilot I was able to complete the upgrade per Keysworld's instructions- and it worked perfectly.
I've upgraded my review to 3 stars, and if Keysworlds would have resolved the issue after I first e-mailed them on 12/15/23- I would've happily submitted 5 stars. It took the help of Trustpilot to make KW hear a customer service request. Thus- 3 stars.
I've done considerable business with KW in the past and will continue in the future. I can say without question that without the interaction from Trustpilot- that would not have been the case.
Hopefully I'll be able to give a much higher review in the future. Thank You Trustpilot for helping KW and I resolve this issue !
