My experience with Key Tracker is always great and efficient. This is down to my contact , Lisa Brannnan (License & Warranty Manager)an absolute credit to the business. Thankfully we have had minimal issues with our system. However Lisa is always on hand to support and get things done. Her regular check ins are truly appreciated within our business.

Great Service and Support
We had a issue just before the Christmas break that were the result of the office move and could have left us exposed. Reported to Key tracker and what we needed was on its way the same day. Lisa B (License & Warranty Manager) went above and beyond to ensure we had the replacement hardware before Christmas and we remained functional. She was super friendly which was also well received and understood the urgency.

Reliable and Quick!
We use Keytracker for both our Sales and Service sides for cabinets and consumables and the Service I get from Simone who handles our orders has always been great.
Prices good and Delivery always Super quick, so no panic when running a bit low and no-one tells you they have taken the last security seals! Recommend :-)

Great service from Keytracker on our recent order for mirror hangers & key tags. The original order was incorrect on the estimate, but they were very apologetic, sorted it out immediately & this didn't delay our order. Things go wrong, but it is all about recovery & Keytracker were brilliant. Thanks Simone & Charlotte for sorting this & despatching our order so quickly
