K&F Concept provided me with both an excellent product and SUPERIOR customer service. I purchased the Magnetic Quick Release adapter mount as a gift. The carrier didn't handle with care & the box took a real beating. The mount, on the other hand, was just fine. Just made it difficult to give as a gift. The representative at K&F immediately made it right and I'm appreciative. Will continue to purchase from this company.

A few months ago I bought an Insta360 X5 camera and decided to go with K&F for all of the adapters, mounts, and a case. Everything is high quality and not plastic junk like some other brands I originally went with. Unfortunately I had a mishap happen within a few months of use which ended up with me losing most of the K&F products I bought in addition to my camera. I reached out to K&F about the scenario, and without going into too much detail, I will say that K&F provided the best customer service I have ever received. Their responses were fast, professional, and very helpful. They agreed on a fair resolution for the scenario I was in and truly showed care for their customers. Highly recommend this company’s products; and in hopes you’ll never need to contact customer support, their support is truly amazing if it is ever needed. 10/10 company.

Quality product and reliable support. The K&F tripod I bought worked really well for my needs.
However, since I use it so much, the product withstood a fair bit of abuse.
When one of he adjustment knobs came loose, one of the bolts came off and I tried to put it back without success.
The K&F team sent me a replacement ballhead as the remedy.

I purchased a K&F backpack camera case from Amazon. Although I was very happy with the quality and functionality of the case, it arrived missing the rain cover and a velcro strap that should have been included. After emailing K&F's customer service with some pictures, I received a quick reply indicating that the missing items would be shipped to me. I received them a few days later and now have a complete product. While mistakes occasionally happen, the important thing is how companies handle them. In this case, I am very happy with how quickly K&F responded to my complaint and resolved the problem. The product is excellent, as is the customer service, so I would not hesitate to purchase another one of their products.

K&F concept offers well-designed and quality products that fit the Insta 360 x5 model. I ordered their case and silicone cover, which worked perfectly on a recent trip. Unfortunately I lost the silicon cover while traveling, and they kindly responded to my query, shipped a new silicon cover, and only charged me for the shipping. All done very quickly and will great info throughout the process. Thank you! I definitely trust K&F Concept products and customer service.

I purchased the 3-way geared tripod head from Amazon, and when I received the unit, the bubble level was inaccurate. I contracted the manufacturer, and they promptly replaced it. Service was fantastic, and the tripod head is now working flawlessly. Level is now spot on and makes setting up the equipment much easier and faster. Highly recommend!

I have always loved their products. And will always trust this brand. One day Amazon sent me a returned damage version of a knf product. Amazon Customer service was such a head ach to try to reach so I emailed knf a customer service. They handled my problem properly promptly and professionally. The did not hesitate to say. We are very sorry you had to experience this let us make it right for you by sending you a replacement of this works for you can you please provide mailing info..” they respond with in a day. But I got further and a resolution from KNF customer service. Something that never happened with Amazon. KNF CUstomer service All the way

Contacted because an aftermarket Sony USB-C rechargeable camera battery had gone bad around a month under the one year warranty. They needed extra proof that their battery was the issue but did end up replacing the battery at no cost to me. It did take an around a month for the replacement to arrive since they shipped it from China as opposed to stock within the US, but it was sorted in the end. They did badger me a bit to write this review before I even received the replacement. I told them I would review the experience when the experience had concluded.

I have K & F Concerts camera tripod and a the accessory magic arm. I have been very pleased with these very versatile products. I them purchased K & F Concepts Selfie Stick. This product is also innovative and well made. However the remote did not work. I contacted their customer service department who promptly responded. The quickly sent me another remote and works great. The Selfie stick is a great photo tool. Dry pleased.

I had lost a ND filter when it had fallen off my gimble after a drone crash. I asked K&F if there was anything they could do as I could not find a singular filter for sale, only kits. They offered to send me a free replacement with proof of purchase. Will totally do business again. Great customer service.
