KFC Rogier (Belgique)
Je me suis rendu dans le KFC à Rogier (Bruxelles) à 14h45', après un long moment d'attente, je demande à la caissière si je vais devoir attendre encore longtemps (+-10min) pour commander. Elle me répond, "vous étiez loin"... (50cm derrière le comptoir et surtout juste derrière la personne qu'elle avait traitée avant). Bref, à 15h03' (heure ticket), ma commande est passée.
A 15h50, j'ai décidé de demander un remboursement, car je n'avais plus assez de temps et j'attendais toujours
Je n'y retournerai plus... pour un fast-food à 15h de l'après midi, ça fait très long
